Worst Bed That I Have Slept On

We bought this mattress at Mattress Firm based on the salesperson's recommendation. It is the worst mattress that I have ever slept on. It hurts my knees, hips and back while sleeping. I wake up stiff and sometimes have back spasms. We paid a decent amount of money for it and it was a bad purchase. We are finally getting a new mattress soon. I can't wait to get rid of this bed.

Lumpy and uncomfortable after only 2-3 years!!

Waste of money. We feel like we are sleeping in craters, it is so sunken where we're lay. It's lost all support and highly uncomfortable... I feel like I need to see my chiro waaay more because of this mattress!! Very upset with it!

It says Firm and Firm it is

We tried the Queen iseries 100 Firm at the store and fell in love with it. Was just right. We purchased a King size. We had it about a week and it feels nothing like the floor model. It is very firm. I’m able to sleep pretty good but I wish it felt like the floor model. We went back to the store to make sure we weren’t just thinking this in our minds. Nope there is a huge difference between the one we got and the one we tested. The sales lady said to give it at least 20 days and to even walk on the bed to break it in. Like a new pair of boots. So we are gonna give it some more time and see if it softens up. I’ll keep you posted

Uncomfortable since day one

I had high Hope lately for this mattress. Unfortunately, they were not met. Since it was delivered we have had poor sleeps. Seems soft and plush but as you lay on it overnight you feel the springs digging in at your pressure points (hips and shoulders for side sleepers). If I lay on my back I wake with a sore back! Definitely not worth the money. Tried to exchange and the company we bought it from wouldn’t allow it. Save your money and avoid this mattress.

Sleeping on the floor is better

I could not find my receipt so no one would help us with this nightmare of a bed. I have spent thousands of dollars on chiropractic and massage due to shoulder and neck pain. I changed my pillow several times, this bed has never been comfortable. Finally picking up a new bed today. I can’t wait to finally sleep in my bed. Unable to sleep on this Trump bed most nights. I usually move to the couch or floor because I can’t fall asleep in this bed and my movement wakes my husband up. He also hates the bed but is less sensitive to it.

After less than 2 years this mattress lost it's support

We filed a claim with the retailer where we purchased the mattress and showed the two hollows that my husband and I were sleeping in with the island bump in the middle. Claim was denied. Very dissatisfied with this mattress and the non-existent customer service-

'Insatiable' model

Body Impressions are major - but the warranty only covers mattresses with more than 1 1/2" impression when not in the bed. Ours is at 3/4", and may never reach that limit. There is a significant hump in the centre, which I've had to resort to sleeping on, since the sag on my side of the bed causes hip pain. We've rotated the mattress 90 degrees every few months, but the sag exists on all sides, with the rise in the middle.

Not bad

This mattress is just ok. I dont think It is worth the cost. I've been sleeping on it a month now. It definitely sleeps hot. I'm usually a cold sleeper but find myself waking up sweating. It's pretty responsive. I can roll over and find my sleeping dent goes away in about 5 seconds. My neck is killing me though. I'm pretty sure that's my pillows fault so I just ordered a new pillow to try. It's great with pressure point relief. I find it hard to get comfortable to fall asleep, but when I finally do I wake up pain free. It did have a very strong odor when I received it that still hasn't completely dissipated.

This Mattress is a waste of Money!

Unless you like sleeping in the equivalent of Death Valley, DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! And just for the record, I'm a 5'7", 165lb. female, sleeping solo about 60% of the time I've owned this mattress...just saying.
