The cooling memory foam doesn't work at all

I bought this mattress at Sam's. Lots of good reviews on Sams website but they were all imported from Serta website and obviously edited. Not one of the 65 or so reviews mentioned sleeps hot. After I ordered the Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 300 Plush Pillowtop Hybrid at Sams I happened across this website. The reviews here on goodbed had more than 50% say it sleeps hot. Now I need to return it to Sam's because it does sleep very hot. Will definitely check reviews on goodbed before buying something else. Hard to trust reviews anymore because the companies can pay to have bad reviews removed.

Don't buy this bed unless you like sleeping in a canoe

We've now had this mattress for just over a year and have been significantly disappointed. Specifically, this mattress gives sleeping 'in' bed and 'climbing' out of bed a new meaning. Less than 2 months into owning the mattress, we found that we would wake up in what literally felt like a canoe as we would sink far into the mattress while sleeping. This has led to a lot of sleeplessness and occasional back aches and needing to literally climb up hill to get out of the bed in the morning. Our retailer did send a technician out to look at the situation and he was able to make some adjustments that provided some degree of temporary relief, but 2 months later the mattress has returned to it's prior poor performance. Neither of us are large people, so this is not a weight issue. We believe it's a design fault and will have to seriously think about buying a Serta again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY NEVER AGAIN SERTA

after two years, this mattress is completely gone, one person sleeping on it and it like your sleeping in a whole. SERTA does not honor their warranty don't buy

It’s like sleeping on an angle trying not to slide down into a bowl which is impossible to do. Wake up with back pain. They do not stand behind their warranty. Have been dealing with them for two years now. Will never buy a Serta or any other mattresses they make again !!!!

Second mattress; same poor quality

Purchased an Applause II Firm queen and within 2 months the mattress was sagging and mushy. I turned it around and tried it and it still sagged anywhere in between the edges. Serta rep came to my home to check sag and indeed it was over what the expected sag for a mattress of this age. It was swapped out for an identical model and it began to sag just like the original one. Now looking to see if there is any warranty left on this mattress. I wake up during the night with an aching back, knees, hips, and shoulders. Just not right for the amount of money and age of the mattress.

Horrible mattress

The mattress was great for the first year. The memory foam is now lumpy with dents. Only area I can sleep without waking up with neck and back pain is in the middle. I've been forced to sleep on an air mattress- it's that bad. Will be dealing with the warranty this weekend.

Sags in the middle . Makes back sore.

Expected a ten year mattress. At 10 months it sags so far i can sleep for back pain

Harder than the showroom bed

Right away I noticed a huge difference in the bed they delivered and the one I tried in the showroom. After confirming it was the same model and the one I ordered and tried, I was told there is a break-in period. So I accepted that and learned to live with it. Started having back pain and only in the a.m. Had to get out of bed the moment I woke up because it hurt so bad. Went to a chiropractor thinking maybe I didn't something to it. It didn't help. Stayed with an aunt for several weeks and noticed my back didn't hurt. Called where I bought the bed and, even though its been longer than the 120 days, they offered an exchange. There are two troughs on each side, even though we rotate the bed every 1-2 months. We are not large people. The bed is 9 months old and I noticed the indents several months ago.

Bed has developed indentations over the 6 years

Mattress has a 10 yr warranty. We will be contacting Serta to see what if anything they are willing to do for us. It's gotten to the point where we are NOT sleeping well and are backs are both hurting us. For the money we spent we are very disappointed w/the quality of this mattress. This is NOT a good value!
