Deceiving

Too expensive for what is offered. Not true to size, smaller by more than 2inches. Initially I bought the most expensive 'queen' size mattress in the store with the adjustable base. I noticed that it was smaller than a queen but bigger than a full. I went to the store and the return process went smoothly. I purchased the king instead of a queen this time. Second mattress was STILL smaller than a king, but bigger than a queen. I am not satisfied at all. I got the next lower grade quality because I was not impressed with the expensive one. Still not impressed. I have a five bedroom home, so I own another king and queen beds; I compared sizes. The JCP mattresses are smaller than my existing mattresses. The staff at the store thought I was nuts, but I invite anyone to check out my claim and see the difference in size. The fitted sheets are loose. I kept the king because I'm not going to keep at this, I just wanted a new adjustable bed. I am not happy with my purchase. Please measure the mattress you purchase and you'll see what I mean. My two separate purchases, queen and king, can't be wrong. The mattresses are not worth the price and they feel like my old mattress. I can deal with getting used to a new bed, but seeing the mattress smaller than what I already have in another room, makes me feel like I didn't make a wise purchase. My money was not well spent. Buyer beware.

Don't buy this product

We purchased thinking this was firm, the purchase was for our summer lakefront used on weekends. It started breaking down at 8 months the Brick had a warranty of 6 months.They told us that we would have to go to Serta.They wanted us to take photos and go through lots of hoops in hoping that we get discouraged.I sent an email to Serta no response don't buy this product there is no warranty????? It will most likely go to the dump, it will be 3 years old next Feb and maybe one year usage.Expensive year $2000.00

Buy a hammock or this mattress...position is the same.

For the cost of this mattress I am extremely disappointed. I have had this for two years and have replaced it this weekend. Cannot flip and rotating does nothing. I end up feeling like I an in a hole in the center of the bed. The worse bed purchase I have ever made. Do not waste your money.

IComfort Savant III not what it advertises

I was told this bed would NOT be hot, it's terribly hot. Holds body heat and causes me back and neck pain. Yes, you can change the mattress, ONCE, and that one you are stuck with. So I bought a $2000 mattress based on reputation and I have to live with it.... no matter how much discomfort it causes. Serta does NOT stand by their products and as you will see they no longer even have this model. Sad

Worst mattress ever

Let me first start by saying I am not one to spend my time writing reviews but I could not let this go. Do not buy this overpriced, poor quality mattress. After a few months the mattress loses all support. In the middle to the point where you sink into a hole. It loses all support on the edges to the point its easy to roll out of the bed. My husband and I both wake up with sore backs, hips and necks. The worst part is we paid $1700.00 for this piece of crap. The warranty sounds good until you call them. I have called and emailed several times with no response!! I have read other reviews that say Serta will send someone to your house and if the mattress isn't 1 1/2" depressed, without anyone laying on it, they claim it doesn't fall under warranty. Terrible quality and terrible company. Never again and I hope others heed my warning. Had a read more reviews prior, I would never have purchased.

Seemed good at first

After 2 years I’m waking w back pain. I just spent a week at a relatives house & had no back pain. My husband also finds it uncomfortable.

Doesn't last!

Didn't even have it 3 years and it's worn out! I don't have the receipt and even though on the tag it has a year of when it was made and delivered, It can't be warrantied without a receipt. I will never buy a Serta again.

Hardest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on!!!!

Tried one in the showroom and thought it would help support and was comfortable but once we received our shipment this bed has been nothing short of a disappointment! Can't sleep all night because of back aching. Purchased a 4 1/2" topper and it is still somewhat uncomfortable. Would not recommend it to anyone!

The worst mattress, the worst customer service!

This has been the most expensive and the absolute worst mattress we have ever had to sleep on. This has also been the absolute worst customer service experience, from both Raymour and Flanigan, and Serta. When we lay on the mattress we sink into it about 10 inches, we have to grab onto the side of the mattress to climb out of it! This does not support our backs we wake up every day in agony, we have stopped sleeping on this bed actually. What a horrible waste of money. Raymour & Flanagan will do nothing to help, I keep calling, setting up appointments for someone to come out, they never have anything available for at least three weeks, and when someone finally does come out he takes a ruler and nothing will be done if the indents are not more than 5 inches deep not sitting on the mattress or laying on it. There are no indentations until you lay down on it! And then you are sunk in the pit of horror and can barely get out. Neither R&F will do anything, nor will Serta. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK unless you want terrible back pain and terrible customer service.

Want to throw away a lot of money then buy this mattress?

We had the same mattress for 10 years and decided it was time to get a new mattress. We went into Hudsons Furniture and they had a whole new computerized bed selector to help us purchase our perfect mattress. We were given a choice of 3 different mattresses and picked the iComfort. We were excited about the bed delivery and went through the off gassing days and the "break in" days and finally after about 2 months were getting a good night sleep. We loved the mattress for about 9 months... and then my husbands hips started hurting and my back started hurting. It was difficult to get out of bed in the morning from the pain the bed had caused us. We are both side sleepers The computer selector said this mattress was perfect for side sleepers) and tend to sleep on the edge of the bed. We started noticing the edges of the bed were sagging, this had never happened with any other mattress. (Yes we rotated our mattress.) Unfortunately there is no side support, the sides are now sagging about 5 inches. This means in the middle of the night I start to slide off the bed! I find myself throughout the night waking up to get myself back in bed because I have literally slid into the night stand. My husband has started sleeping in the middle of the bed to stop from sliding off. We might as well have purchased a twin bed for all the usable space we have on this bed! All I can say to anyone looking to purchase a mattress DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!
