By far the best mattress line Serta has ever made

You get what you pay for, I have slept on everything from Tempur-pedic to high end latex mattresses. This coil / memory foam combination with the new phase change material has been perfect. Even my wife stopped complaining and that is a godsend. I would recommend this mattress to anyone looking to actually get a restful sleep with out the pain associated with pressure points. About time Serta got it right.

First 2 years = good. Last 3 years has been horrible.

We bought this to replace an 8 year old queen traditional mattress. It was good for the first 2-3 years. Now after less than 5 years the foam has broken down to the point that there is a hump in the center of our mattress. The areas that we sleep on are so broken down you can't roll over to change sleeping positions. You have to get up on your hands and knees or just get out bed completely. We had a rep come out and take some measurements. Not bad enough yet serta says. We will never buy another serta and can not recommend their products. Big waste of money.

Little sleep in the Valley of Applause II

After two years, I now have a crater in the middle of the mattress that sucks in my body, resulting in backache and a poor night's sleep. I will review the warranty today--very disappointing purchase.

For the 1st month I was happy, hubby was not. Then my crater formed and the hump in the middle of the mattress. It says that to uphold the warranty we must flip the mattress every 6 months. Kind of hard to do when it is attached to the base. We had to pay 3 LARGE guys to come move it 180 degrees since if you flip it you are sleeping on the base. Now we both awaken with back pain daily. I wish I had NEVER purchased this piece of crap. I spent way too much money for this pain. And I have NOT injured my back in any way. It just feels that way the 1st hour I get out of bed from sleeping in the crater.

Way Too Soft for Side Sleeper

Had been having back and shoulder pain when awaking with old (less than 3 years) firm mattress. Purchased this one. Am a side sleeper. Wake up after three hours with severe lower back pain. Am 6 feet, 182 lb. male in good physical shape. Made decision today that mattress has to go. Will purchase medium firm mattress.

Probably the worst mattress we’ve ever purchased

This bed is awful! The bed doesn’t provide adequate support. We purchased the box springs with the bed, we had a heck of a time getting a replacement when the wood was literally sticking out of the bottom of the box springs. I could understand it if we had 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed however not the case in our home. Even after getting a new box spring it didn’t do anything to improve the support. This was unfortunately a $2300 mistake.

LOVE THIS MATTRESS

I have a waterproof cover and rotate the mattress quarterly. This mattress is amazing. This is a soft mattress but that’s what I wanted and love it! My mother wanted a firm mattress and bought the new iComfort 500 and loves that!

The cooling memory foam doesn't work at all

I bought this mattress at Sam's. Lots of good reviews on Sams website but they were all imported from Serta website and obviously edited. Not one of the 65 or so reviews mentioned sleeps hot. After I ordered the Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 300 Plush Pillowtop Hybrid at Sams I happened across this website. The reviews here on goodbed had more than 50% say it sleeps hot. Now I need to return it to Sam's because it does sleep very hot. Will definitely check reviews on goodbed before buying something else. Hard to trust reviews anymore because the companies can pay to have bad reviews removed.
