The iComfortECO line represents Serta’s higher-end line of mattresses. These are all built with some amount of “natural” and “eco-friendly” materials, including pocket springs made with recycled steel, memory foam made with plant-based material, and covers made from recycled water bottles. This line offers both all-foam mattresses and five-zone, pocket spring mattresses with either quilted or smooth-top covers.
