Liked the mattress but it failed prematurely and the company had not replace only repair and did further damage. Would not replace and did not support their product.
I thought the extra padding on top of the bed would hold up but it has left body imprints (indentations) where we lay. We are now waking up with backaches and neck pain. I don't know the procedures and process to get someone out to review it for warranty purposes.

I purchased my mattress from a local retailer that did not have a 30 day guarantee if we didn't like the mattress (first mistake). The saleswoman told me that it would be great for people with back problems and neck problems so I decided to go with it. Unfortunately, this bed is so hard and so uncomfortable that my partner is literally refusing to sleep in this bed any longer. Ive had it for under a year now and would never recommend it to anyone! My hips have started hurting sleeping on it (I'm freaking 27 years old) but after paying $1000 for the damn thing, I don't want to buy a new bed already! Now we are searching for a mattress topper that will hopefully make it so we can actually sleep on it without feeling like we've been hit by a semi in the mornings...
Beautiful and firm like I wanted was the Therapedic I-care bliss full size mattress. The back was feeling great for a short time, until the mattress valley started to appear in the middle of the mattress. After (2) two months, the valley could be noticed, and I have pictures. It is (5) five months since sleeping on this mattress and the valley in the middle of the mattress is getting deeper. I am a 160/165 lb. single male and this should not happen.
It started out great, but quickly developed a sagging in the center. My husband is heavier than me, but he isnt a big guy, yet when he laid next to me it would droop inward and make me uncomfortable. Also the center of the pillow top developed large lumps, dimilar to an old pillow or as though something was stuck in the mattress.

A short time after I bought this mattress, it “sunk” in the areas where we slept. It looks like two valleys. My old 30-year-old mattress was much more comfortable. But, I let all the talk about not keeping a mattress for that long get to me. Shortly after we bought it, it started to sink in areas where we swept and my husband who is 82 years old wakes up every morning with a horrific backache. I called the company and they were of no help. I called the store where we bought it and they came out and measured it to see how much it sank and it didn’t sink enough to be warrantied.
It was great for the first few months after I got it, then it went to crap. The center slumps in considerably and sleeping anywhere but there causes back pain and terrible sleep as it feels like it’s pulling your body into it. Only owned it about 2 years and 3 months and it’s going to a dumpster. That should only be about a quarter of a mattresses lifetime so it was a very poor investment.

Bought this mattress last fall/winter, very comfortable at first but within 1-2 months noticed that center caving in even with rotating mattress as instructed. My husband is 160# and I am 105# so we are not overweight but this mattress very quickly broke down and became terribly uncomfortable. We both feel like were falling into the center. Removed mattress and resurrected our old mattress from guest room and we are both much much more comfortable.
When we first bought this mattress, it was great. After 6 months, the middle starting sagging and you roll in the middle. The mattress cost was over $1,000.00 and we felt for that amount of money it would last at least 10 years. It felt great in the store but it hasn't even lasted 2 years. The warranty dept. is a joke. Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND, YOU WILL BE VERY MAD AT YOURSELF FOR WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!!!
