Sleeping on a Hill

I bought this mattress just under a year ago. It was on sale because they just got the "new line" in so it was only 800.00 before taxes (its normally over 1000.00). I laid on every bed in the store as I need FIRM support. I told the guy I had back issues and needed a bed that was good for back support. He suggested that one and It FELT SO GOOD. Well half a year later the box spring broke and now there is just nothing left to this bed it is FLAT I am talking so flat (except in the middle) that we can't even keep a sheet on it. There are giant craters on all four corners of the bed. its lumpy and there is no back support at all. I am in more pain now than I was before and would much rather sleep on the floor. my bed looks like this ^ that is what I am trying to sleep on! I don't know how you sleep on a mattress that looks like ^. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am actually contacting the store tomorrow to see If i can get a new one under the warranty but I will not accept the same type of mattress!

Rooms To Go was gracious to exchange my Therapedic Cresce...

Rooms To Go was gracious to exchange my Therapedic Crescendo for another one just like it because it started sagging in the areas we lay after six months. We are of average weight. Now, I have to call the service rep to come out again and measure the dip. Hopeful I can exchange it for a different one all together. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. It feels great when you lay on it in the store, however it will not hold up for 3 months.

sinking on both sides months after purchasing

I have 2 3.5 inch dents in the mattress, and our backs are killing us. No help from company, an unfortunately we don't have money to replace right now. Horrible mattress!!

smells so bad, like a pool of toxic fumes.

I bought a the exquisite mattress and return the first one the smell of chemicals so horrifically strong. The store send a second one which smells less but the chemical smell is there. Please do not buy this brand of mattress.

nightmare mattress

My 1st therapedic was replaced after 3 months due to sleeping in a hole. Mistake made by purchasing the same mattress again(who would have thought it could happen again.) My husband and I noticed we were sinking again but waited a year to call the furniture company. Not that it mattered. They measure your mattress and tell you it has sunk an inch, not enough for any kind of credit. The mattress should be measured after you get out of bed, trust me it is more than an inch. My husband and I are sleeping in craters and we are not big people. We both have back and hip pain from this nightmare mattress. Calling Sleep International was a waste of time, THEY DO NOT CARE. The customer service rep was a cold fish. All we wanted was a fair savings on a better mattress(which we should have bought from the start). I was told I could bring the mattress to their company in Tampa and they would look at it. We live in Citrus County. Of course they would measure an inch by the time we lugged it up the Suncoast parkway. The Therapedic pillowtop mattress is a nightmare and I will never deal with Sleep International again.

Big Mistake

At first this mattress was comfortable. That didn't last long! I have a huge hump in the middle of the mattress. Big bulges throughout. My husband who weighs 195 has a massive concave on his side of the bed. Don't buy this mattress!!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Horrible

After 3 years, we have to go buy a new mattress. It is so uncomfortable, we cannot even stand it anymore. Huge "puff" of fabric towards the top middle, and sagging horribly in the middle. Our backs are killing us.

Lasted a year

Then the seams came apart and the springs snapped. We couldn't afford another new mattress so for 5 years i spent in pain. When I moved out of the bed after tossing every 2 minutes I had enough. No pillow could help me. If it wasn't for the springs going so fast I would have loved the bed. There was a lump in e middle I moved to when my husband got up in the morning. Only spot I could sleep. It was very comfortable at first and I loved it. But not made to last at all.

Worst bed ever

This is the worst mattress I have ever owned. Bought it new from Conn's in June 2011 (15 months ago) and the mattress is already collapsing/caving in. The box spring squeaks and creaks every time you move on the bed. It is so loud I can hear my husband getting up from across the house WITH OUR BEDROOM DOOR SHUT! The box spring is so loud that I thank God that my daughter sleeps with her Ipod on because I sure she would know every time we had sex otherwise. I wish I had done a lot more research before buying the piece of crap bed because I threw away close to $ 700.00. We were stupid enough to let the salesman at Conn's talk us into this "Antrgua" set and all I can say is it really should have come with a "buyer beware statement" that let us know it was CRAP. I have never been more unsatisfied with ANY purchase in my life. This thing has a warranty on it and all I can say is just refund my money because I wont own another one!
