I am very pleased with this mattress. With fibromyalgia, it had to be very comfortable!! It is!! I am also so thankful for the "goodbed" website. They really helped me to narrow down what I wanted to try at the stores. I loved all the videos of the different mattresses. I could make some decisions from the comfort of my home by watching the videos, and felt very prepared with info and questions when I finally hit the stores. I had a phone chat with one of the owners of this company. He was so kind and patient with the questions I had and confirmed the choice I was leaning towards. Thanks, guys! You are awesome for taking the fear and overwhelming task out of buying a new mattress!!!

I would recommend that you not buy a Tempur-pedic. It is not worth the price. Does not last as long as a traditional mattress. The customer service is the worst. They will not honor their warranty. I wanted a customer service rep to come out to look at this mattress but they claim that they not not have one in the southeast.

I really expected more from this mattress. I have not been happy with it since I bought it. The salesperson suggested that over time my body would adapt to the technology. Almost a year later and I still feel the same as the first night. It does not cool my body nor does it contour to it. I feel pressure points whichever way I lay. I get up during the night and sit up from tossing and turning so often. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

I love my new Tempur-Pedic! My wife and I hadn't been sleeping well so we shopped several mattress stores and found The Back Store to have the best price (actually the prices were the same no matter where you go), selection (they carry every mattress that Tempur-Pedic makes) and BEST SERVICE of all. The man who waited on us was very knowledgeable and quite helpful and they had our bed in stock and we were sleeping great the VERY NEXT NIGHT!
They have a 45 day comfort guarantee but he helped us to pick the right bed so we didn't need to use it (but it was nice knowing that we wouldn't be stuck!)
We also tried their Beautyrest Hybrid mattresses (and those were nice too) but my wife liked how the Tempur-Pedic conformed to her hips and shoulder.
We've already recommended both The Back Store and Tempur-Pedic to our friends and would to anyone else desperately searching for the right mattress for the good nights' sleep!

Tempur Flex is expensive to buy, it is firm - hard and contrary to what I was told at purchase, it has not "broken in", after several months it remains too firm. Also, the mattress retains body heat and is hot to sleep on. In a nut shell, $$ to purchase and a poor nights sleep, I would not buy again or recommend to anyone else.
Temper pedic (The Company) is terrible. They cannot deliver to the retail store that we purchased it from. We ordered it three weeks ago and they keep delaying the delivery. You spend that kind of money and they make that type of margins and still cannot get their products delivered to the outlets that carry their products. Terrible. I will find another brand from now on.
This mattress has been really good to us. I feel much better. My body feels more alive! I know that sounds crazy but, its true. My body feels more at ease. Its a great mattress!! Highly recommend this bed to anybody.

I'm sure the first 4-5 year this bed was ok, but I guess we ordered too firm. About 5 year into this bed I began having back and hip issues. Chiropractor here I come. I related the pain to cycling which I do 3 times a week, but didn't want to give up. 10 years into the bed I had a week long trip and slept in a hotel. My hip pain nearly was gone! I started looking at new beds but then thought about getting a cushion topper. The mattress itself is sound, just too hard. We had a topper on for about a month. Very cozy,but way too hot. Had to get rid of it. I'm shopping for new mattress again. Bottomline: The tempurpedic we owned was one of the original options. They have improved greatly since then, but I will never go back. Sleeps too hot, hard to roll over in, waking up very sore. I'm looking for cozy! Oh one last thing. The warranty was awesome. The boxspring made noise when u sat on it from day 1 and it kept getting worse. 3 years into the purchase, I called tempurpedic and without hassle, they delivered a new quiet one without charge. I was very impressed.

was in desperate need for new mattress. not sure what to consider until I spoke with Sleep Country rep. All was well explained and went with expensive Summer Breeze mattress. It completely eliminated any neck/shoulder pain, but the jury is still out on helping my back completely. Time will tell.
