When we first got this bed, we loved it. It was definitely better than our previous bed, and my husband slept without back pain for the first time in a long time. We got it for his back pain, and it was definitely an improvement for him. I prefer a firmer mattress, so I found it a bit too soft for my taste, but it was okay in the beginning. However, we've now had it for 8 years, and over time, it has developed soft spots and sags, and it no longer provides the support I need. My husband has started experiencing occasional back pain, and I wake up with back pain every day. I often have to sleep on the spare bed in our house to alleviate my pain. It can also be very hot. We often wake up over-heated in the night or morning.

on the right side remote control works well. the left side takes 15 to 20 attempts to fully inflate the system, that's 20 minutes and it still is not as firm as I like. time for a new matters but no tempur-pedic
This mattress started off with great support and comfort but over just a few short weeks, started sagging. Towards the end of its short life, it started feeling like a hammock rather than a mattress. We wont be buying from TempurPedic again
This mattress provide next to zero support and feels like you are being swallowed when you lie on it (it is worth noting I am a petite woman, weighing 100lbs and 5’4” tall). My husbands side (he’s 6’4” and about 220lbs) has become so soft and sunken that if I sleep near him I end up rolling downhill into him. Honestly one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made. All in we spent over $5,000 for a mattress I can’t wait to get ride of.
I love the tempur pedic bed. The cool breeze is a beautiful feature and for me it works. However the mattress kind of softened a bit. I was told that I sink in more in time but wasn't expecting this much this short ( couple of months)

My husband likes the bed but I don't. Wish we had bought the split king size bed so he can sleep with his legs up, I can't sleep that way and the mattress is suppose to be cool but for me it's not. I'm always hot.
