We upgraded from a Serta Innerspring Mattress from 2000 when we were first married. What a difference!
The sales team at Sweet Dreams was professional and focused on the best bed to meet our needs. We felt no pressure to buy at all and the shopping experience was positively wonderful.

We purchased two extra long twins because my husband wanted the head and feet that can be raised and the massage feature; the two beds, including frames and various covers, cost nearly $10,000. The first mattresses we had were extremely hard, and after nearly a year I asked the retailer if I could change mattresses on my side (my husband insisted his was comfortable). The store did work with me and allowed me to eventually trade my mattress for the softest one made by the company. I have now slept on that mattress for another year, and it is still the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It is extremely hard and I find it difficult to get into a comfortable position. I have scoliosis and am a side-sleeper. I wake up every day with my back out of alignment and my shoulders and neck aching. My husband now has "frozen shoulder" which he didn't have before we had the bed, so I am inclined to believe he also is suffering from the firmness of the bed. We had a similar memory foam bed in our home in France and it was very comfortable. This bed feels like it grabs you and locks you in one position when you move instead of conforming to the position you get into. I would never recommend this bed to anyone. I have spoken to several other people who also brought it and they are also very unhappy with the bed. My next step may be selling it on Craig's List.

The first three weeks this bed felt nice. On week three it felt like the bed absorbed my body heat so not only was my body hot but the bed was equally or more hot. Called the store they recommended taking off the mattress cover. It helped for a few days then it got hot again. Tried putting two folded over thick comforters on top and amazingly enough it was still hot after a few days. Found out after the fact that memory foam holds heat and anyone who has a problem with sleeping hot should never buy one. Sad because it is comfortable. An EXTREMELY expensive mistake.

After three nights we began to like it and after a week we loved it. We have been sleeping on it for about five months and my wife and i are very happy with it. We hated the very high price of over two thousand dollars but it has been everything we had hoped. I no longer wake up with hip and back pain in the morning. My wife loves that she cant tell when I roll over or get up in the night. The only real negative is the extremely high price.
Love this mattress! The only thing I would have different is a more noticeable difference between the softness & the firmness & I would appreciate being able to have numbers or letters to know exactly where to adjust it to. I am not hot on this mattress, (which I expected I would be) & am very comfortable.

I am really glad I bought the adjustable version. My job is very taxing on my lower back, the ability to raise the foot of the bed, really takes pressure of my back. Raising the head also eliminates some of snoring issues, providing me with a more restful nights sleep.
I am really quite dissatisfied with the long term comfort of this very expensive bed. It has an impression or valley on the side my husband sleeps on. For me, it is way too hot.

I have another, king size tempur-pedic, also purchased firm. it has become soft over time, but the warranty only kicks in if the mattress develops a 3/4 inch or more sag, and acording to the warranty, there is no help if it just gets soft.
This new twin size got soft MUCH MUCH quicker than my other one.
They must have changed the construction since then. I am very disappointed.
Also, it turns out that I was supposed to get a TV with this purchase, but the salesperson never mentioned that, and I did not find out about it (from a friend who saw the TV ads) until it was long over.
Despite all this, they are both still the best mattresses for my bad back.
I bought twin beds for my twin boys age 10. I find that sleep more sound than ever before. What a great buy. I hope to have until they leave for College!
