It's a very firm matteress.They said the Euro top would soften up, but it's been two weeks and my husband and I both can't get comfortable . We when and spoke to the salesman about returning it. He said to give it some more time. We told him the matterss is not comfortable.

The sales person kept bringing us back to this mattress as we trying decide between this one and a Beautyrest. The prices are very similar and so it wasn’t about trying to up-sale us. We are very impressed with this mattress. It is quite firm which is what we wanted and actually does sleep cool compared to all others I have had. It appears to be of a very high quality construction.

I tried a lot of different mattresses but end up buying the Josephine from Mattress Firm. The Josephine is exclusive to Mattress Firm but The Franklin is the market equivalent. Excellent mattress and works well with the L&P 700 adjustable bed.

At first i thought it was a fake one it's such a menace until the manufacturer confirmed by tag number it was made by them but they discontinued this month making it so i am screwed don't willing to exchange for a usable one it seems like i got a plane that can't fly what's the point of existence of such an object that cause more harm than good for the purpose it was made for stay away from it especially the ones were made in the Corsicana factory in TX, the whole quality control department should be fired if such a defected trash passed their exam, sucks, bad, bad bed not even qualified to be called a mattress its such a menace the floor is more comfortable, never had back pain thought if my next bed have back support can prevent ever having any it almost twisted my spine they don't have the slightest clue about bed design 😤!

I had a Tempu-Pedic before and we went through 4 warrantee claims withing 4 yrs. Crazy I know and it was $3200 for the mattress not including the $3000 adjustable frame. First mattress was a hybrid air and tempur-pedic the bladder busted (we are not large people). Second one had a leak. Tempu-Pedic took the mattress of the market due to this issue so we got another one this time only tempu foam. It was medium soft felt wonderful except we would wake in the morning cripple. After about 8 months I called them with the issue. They fought us on the issue but they let us choose a new one. The Fourth mattress was the hardest they make. Helped a little with the back pain but not good for me. After two or three months I gave up and bought a new Chatham and Wells Franklin Euro top of the line. Never felt better. My back pain is getting better (along with the help of a chiropractor). So it was worth the money ($3500) for the new mattress. I had a CW in the past and my brother-in-law uses it now. I don't know why I cheated on them with the tempu-pedic. Never again! I'm married to this mattress til death do us part.

This Spring Air mattress we got for our kids years ago and in spite of the low price it has been real winner. And it is a great one for me or my wife to nap on occasionally as well! I will absolutely purchase Spring Air mattresses in the future.

My wife was looking for a cooler mattress. She saw the Spring Air event at Costco so we met with the salesman and he went on and on about their Gel Infused Latex and how cool it kept you and how it helped with your back support. Also how it had a 10 year warranty. So we order one. But now that we have had it for over a year it just doesn’t seem to be doing the job promised by the salesman and Spring Air. So we find our paper work only to find he sold us the model below the one that has the Gel Infused Latex. He sold us the Yukon model when it is the nest model up, the Klondike, which has the cooler Gel Infused Latex and the Back Supporter 10 year warranty. Turns out the Yukon model only has a one year warranty. Called customer service and there is nothing they can do for us. SO, check your paper work on the order and compare to the literature and don’t let a fast talking salesman give you all the fancy hype to only sell you a cheaper model. Shame on you Spring Air!
