- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 365 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: Mattresses can be returned for a full refund with no return charges or hidden fees.
- Notes: To return, simply remove tags, donate mattress to charity and send the tags and proof of donation back to Spindle. A 1-year "comfort adjustment" is also available, through which an add'l softer or firmer layer of latex can be purchased for $200.

SPINDLE MATTRESS FIRMNESS OPTIONS
The firmness of your Spindle mattress is achieved by: a) which 3 latex layers you choose to get (each layer can be Soft, Medium, or Firm), and b) how you arrange the layers. Our flagship firmness level, also referred to as the "Medium," is based on the following configuration: Soft | Medium | Firm (layers from top to bottom). This arrangement suits a wide range of sleepers and is therefore our most popular configuration. However, we also offer 4 firmer options as well as 2 softer options.
