Two years of good sleep, so far!

Bought the set - boxspring & mattress. Had a similar mattress before this that was good for about 4 or 5 years. This one's better than the old one at about the same price for the set. This is the retail version of Hilton's brand for the hotels. You would pay more than 2x as much for the exact same mattress. I spend one-third of my life in bed. I'm glad that it's this one!

Don't buy the serta primo sonno cushion firm

I first tried the inception and had trouble with waking up sore and stiff the I was able to exchange during the 120 night. The company rep advised my local store person that I should get the primo sonno cushion firm as it would fit my needs and be an equal trade so I won't loss money. It is not comfortable at all. I still wake up with body pain especially lower back, neck, shoulder and hips. I bought the adjustable frame also so I guess I'm stuck with it. Can't afford to give it away and likely go with a sleep number bed. You can lay on them all you want at the store but you can't tell the comfort - this doesn't have it.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We're sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your mattress. It can take some time for your body to adjust to the comfort of a new mattress. If the mattress is still too hard, you may add a mattress topper for additional comfort.

Did I get ripped off!

I have had this bed less than half a year and there are tiny balls all over the material on the top of the bed. My back and arms hurt so bad from the bed. spent a total of 3000.00 on this bed. I have been totally scammed! The bed has been completely covered with mattress cover since I bought it. Don't shop at American mattress. You won't get money back at all!! Also the top is real smAshed up. I will never buy from this company ever again!!

Smooth sailing

We took your test to help us determine which mattress to buy. Our previous mattress was over twenty years old. This one fit our bill.

nice at start but got worse over time

got 9 years out of the mattress, so doesn't seem bad. but it didn't seem to last. after 5 years it was awful. Since we didn't want to buy a new mattress, we decided to flip it upside down and buy a thick memory foam mattress pad to be able to sleep (center sank and support worsened). upside down, the mattress was very firm (probably not designed to flip but once put a foam top on it it wasn't bad - maybe better than putting pad on the floor. So we survived 4 more years until now - it has not been comfortable for the last year or so, and we finally broke down and bought a new mattress.

HORRIBLE

I was really looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress after months of sleeping on an old worn mattress and a lot of research. I tried several mattresses at the store and the Brooke Chase was the MOST comfortable and felt like it supported me. It was delivered on July 9th, 2016 and regretfully I haven't a had a single restful night since. I frequently wake up during the night, am experiencing a tremendous and unprecedented increase in the amount of pain throughout my body, including arms, neck, shoulder upper and lower back, an increase in headaches regardless of sleeping position and never a sense of having slept soundly. The foam top feels lumpy and actually aggravates pressure. I was hoping I just needed to break it in, but I will be looking to exchange/return it for another mattress. I did not have this level or frequency of pain/discomfort on my old mattress despite it's age and wear.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your mattress. Please keep in mind that it will take some time for your body to adjust to the comfort and support of a new mattress. If you still believe this mattress isn't for you, we recommend reaching out to your retailer to discuss their exchange/return policy. We see that one of the cons is that the mattress is too soft. We would recommend in the future looking into a plush mattress which would be a little firmer than a Euro Top.

Terrible purchase

I splurged on this mattress, and went for the plush pillow top... Less than a year later I noticed I always roll to the middle of the bed. Now I can no longer fall asleep without putting pillows under me as it feels like there is no support and I'm directly on top of the springs.

Thank you for your for taking the time to share your review. It is normal for mattresses over time to develop body impressions. If you believe this to be a manufacturing defect, please contact your retailer for warranty services.

Its new but it feels too soft already

It has a great pillow top but the inner springs don't seem to support any weight. The mattress dips too much when weight is put on it and the sides seems to crush when getting out of it. It worries me because it is just a month old and it already sorta sags with weight. I also don't feel like Im sleeping on a level mattress.

Smells Like A Chemical Factory

Bought two twin sets. The first pair smelled terrible, but I allowed off-gassing (per store's direction) for one week. I had to keep the windows open on the entire 2nd floor. Store exchanged the mattresses for two more with the same problem. THE SMELL IS HORRIBLE. I eventually had to shut the bedroom door and put a towel at the bottom as the odor permeated the house. Mosquitos that got into the room died. I won't allow anyone to sleep in that room. Serta was no help..."put baking soda on the beds" was their solution! I am out $1500, and I am taking the beds to the county dump. Never let a child sleep with those fumes...headaches, sinus dripping, sore throat, burning eyes.....horrible!

Backpain? Don't go there

Not much support. Bed started hammocking almost immediately. Guess I should have known that firm and pillow top don't go with one another. Lesson learned
