You can see our impressions in the bed. It is very lumpy and not comfortable. It was good at first but it's terrible now. They did not honor the warranty so we have to buy a new bed.

Brick would not support warranty when we reported problems
We contacted the Brick within the first 6 months as the middle got a huge hump in it and it impossible to roll over or get in the middle of the bed without major effort. So you feel trapped in a soft spot on each side. Both my partner and I hate it and have never felt so strongly about a mattress (married many yrs). Also disappointed in the Brick who pass the buck to an independent company to measure the sag and decide if they want to follow up. This completely lets the Brick off the hook and you are left with no recourse when this 3rd party ignores your issues.

Bought this mattress on sale. Thought it would be a good buy, being a Serta. I was wrong. Within 3 years we were experiencing poor sleep with a very mushy support system. We now are forced to roll to the middle when both of us are in the bed. We have faithfully rotated the mattress. The foam part bounces back well, so there are no impressions to claim on warranty. However, when you are laying on it there are several sunken areas. Overall a bad experience. Looking for a new mattress that does not have the name Serta on it.

Seriously, I am looking for another one. What is the closest replacement since it is discontinued. Why would you do that?
Pros: like sleeping on a cloud
Cons: It's heavy (but it's worth it)
After 30 days we decided to do an exchange because I was having middle back pain. We didn't realize until we took the sheets off when the new mattress was being delivered that it was defective. The entire top, about 3 feet, where our heads laid was sunk in about 2 inches.

This is the 4th mattress we have owned in the last 5 yrs. The first one was a different brand and replaced by the manufacturer with an Upgrade that did the same thing. Then, with our complaint, we purchased a different brand and it has done the same thing. Within LESS than a year, there were sags and IT was replaced with an "Upgrade" and it also has done the same thing. It is just NOT comfortable. It's supposed to have a "Cooling Gel" but is very HOT. The center of the bed (down the middle) is UP Hill.....ONLY place that there is still ANY support. We flip and flop at night wake up stiff, tired and just do NOT feel we have had a restful sleep.

Bought this mattress for my daughter. Sept on it several times. I have back pain and restless leg and i was not bothered by either any time i slept on this bed. When i replace my king i will be buying this mattress.
