Worse than my 20 year old mattress

The middle of the mattress goes up in the middle across the width. It wasn't like that in the store. I have EDS. I needed a mattress so badly. I am on Ontario disability and saved a long time to be able to buy that mattress! I have more painful now than with my old one. It is my biggest regret. The Brick is the worst store. I had stopped shopping there for another bad experience back in 1991. This was my first time shopping with them again.. ugh. I called and they passed me off to another company who said I'd have to measure this and that to prove. It's bull! I got roped into buying a 100 mattress protector for their extended days and now I have a frigging heavy piece of "final clearance " that's been on final clearance since January 2024 at least. Never again. I don't know how the brick stays open. I will never buy from them OR will I NEVER buy a Sealy product again. Garbage company.

The best mattress I have purchased was a Belmont

This was the best mattress that we’ve ever purchased. I needed a bed for my guest room so I purchased another Belmont set for myself , quest that sleep here say that that is the most comfortable bed they have slept on and ask what kind it is. It still looks like brand new after all these years.

Mattress properly sagging in middle

I'm extremely disappointed with my Sealy Crown Jewel mattress, which has failed to deliver on its promises. Despite being touted as the company's top-range product, this mattress has started to sag and lose its shape after only 6 months of use. The most noticeable issue is the significant dip in the middle of the mattress, which has created a "hole" that I roll into every night. This has led to persistent back pain and discomfort, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Given the premium price point and the company's claims about the Crown Jewel's exceptional quality, I expected a much better performance. Unfortunately, my experience has been subpar, and I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. *Rating Breakdown:* - Quality: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Support: 1/5 - Value: 1/5

very saggy

For a 5 yr old mattress, it is very saggy but not enough to qualify for the warranty. We travel often so haven't slept in it really for 5 years.

All five mattress very poor

All five mattresses is made of very poor quality. I believed they are refurbish. will not purchase anymore mattresses from them.

Easily the best bed we have ever owned

We bought the Gold Leaf version of the Sealy Posturepedic well over 20 years ago and only now has my husband's side fallen apart somewhat. The bed on my side was great. Only now that we have purchased a supposedly "soft" mattress online, delivered directly to our house, have I realized how awful the new bed is and how great the old Sealy Posturepedic was. The innerspring provided great support, and the pillow top was apparently good for people who have arthritis. I didn't realize how bad my arthritis was until the new bed arrived and has proven, over a week of sleeping on it, to be truly awful. I'm in agony. I am now looking for a suitable substitute for the old bed.

First Impressions

1. My previous mattress was too soft and not supportive. 2. I found the excellent overviews of various mattresses on Goodbed.com and watched them many times. I narrowed my choice to the Albany hybrid medium and the Brenham hybrid firm. I studied the photos of Mike laying on the beds ( I was thankful for both the videos and the photos). 3. I didn't want to sink too far into the mattress but wanted some cushion for my arthritic hips. I decided that the Brenham hybrid firm was a fit for me. 4. I paired the Brenham hybrid firm with a Tempur-pedic ERGO 3.0 adjustable base, I wanted the lumbar support bar found in the ERGO models. It really makes a difference. I would like to do a review in one year and then in five years to report on the longevity of both the bed and the adjustable base. I do sleep better in this bed and I make use of the lumbar support in the adjustable base. For me, this was a very good pick.
