Mattress to hard after about a hour or two at the most. Beautiful mattress but too hard for me. I thought that it would be simple to exchange this mattress if I could not sleep on it . Well since I purchased this Zion mattress by sealy I had slept in my recliner in my bed room. Read your contract before you sign it with bedeezzz Express .They have a no refund policy that’s in effect the moment your money touch their hands .I mad a bad decision when I choose this company .Be careful

Despite owning for 9 years it works excellently. It’s very temperature controlled, I never get toasty while sleeping on it.
It’s a little squeaky when you get on/off or make major movements, it’s not from age though, it’s always been like this.
Never had back pain, never woke up in a sweat, never felt like i was about to fall off even though the edges are worn, never felt like I was sinking in either. I think it could work for a few more years too! It feels brand new still, even though it’s been used as a trampoline, leaped onto, folded in half, and it’s also had so many things spilt on it. This is a great choice for a mattress, it will last you years, it won’t stink (no you don’t need to wash the cover), it won’t get dips (depending on your weight), its a very good bang for your buck overall.

Absolutely disappointed in this mattress. I bought it used from a young woman who only had it for a few months.
Only a few months in, we noticed that it was sagging on both sides and the ends. My partner basically rolls off the bed and I roll with him! He's 220 lbs and in 120. When I contacted both the store and Sealy directly, neither could help because the warranty isn't extended to a second buyer which is understandable, but you would think that Sealy would stand behind their product that was just over a year old. Very disappointed and will never promote this brand.
Bought and put on a 9" box spring; mattress sagged where we slept; Sealy blamed fewer slats on frame caused sagging, even with the box spring. Added slats; mattress still sagged; had to replace after just 4 years when our previous Stearns and Foster lasted 20 on same slats\frame. Very disappointed; would not recommend a Sealy after this.

Bought this online black Friday special from Sears. Received the mattress and box springs. Great delivery. My mattress and box springs that I had was about 20 yrs old..and it was very expensive but it was time for a new one. I will say this bed is amazing..I rest better. It is firm but not so much that I feel bad in the morning. I'm a side sleeper and it's perfect...my husband is a back and stomach sleeper and he loves this mattress. I want to buy another set for our guest room. At this time I can't find another set anywhere. I need another Sealy Response Performance Benish cushion eurotop firm...best ever!!!!! If you can find this set buy it..you won't be disappointed...no sagging ...mine still feels like brand new after 4 years.

This mattress is lumpy all over. It sinks in if you lay on one spot for 5 minutes. I am constantly moving around through the night just to find a firm, cool spot. It is a horrible mattress that I would not recommend to anyone. Half the time I can't sleep through the night, and the other half, I wake up with body aches. I told the sales people I wanted a firm mattress and they kept telling me I didn't know what I needed. This is the second one I bought -- purchased the first mattress in September 2020 but had to replace it within 90 days because it sagged in the middle. The new mattress does the same but just took longer to drive me crazy!

Not long after we purchased this mattress the comfort layers failed. We sent it to the manufacturer and they fixed the mattress and sent it back. When the took our mattress they gave us a replacement king sized mattress for our queen frame. We since have reported the mattress as failing. This time we have been told that the mattress is fine, when clearly it shows considerable sagging. I have resorted to using a chopping board under the mattress in an attempt to compensate for the sagging. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SEALY PHOENIX RANGE. It is clear the softness comes at the price of adequate support. good luck and happy mattress hunting
This Wynn Dream bed made by Sealy is the worst mattress i’ve tried. It is extremely hard and uncomfortable i can’t even sleep on the bed. I’m 150# btw I bought it at wynnathome.com They dont offer returns or refunds. I advised you to not buy anything there these people are scammers.
