I bought this mattress per reccomendation of sales person...

I bought this mattress per reccomendation of sales person. I always sleep on my side. The center of the mattress is higher then the sides. The sides are breaking down even though I rotate mattress every six weeks. When I bought this mattress, the mattress was even all across. Very disappointed in quality & ive owned it less then 2 years. I have filed a complaint with store where it was purchased.

Not worth money I paid for it

The last mattress I had was a double sided pillowtop. It lasted well over 10 years with the ability to flip it over. This bed barely lasted a year before it started to sag where we sleep. These not flippable beds are crap.

Poor durability, terrible warranty customer service

Sent pictures in of an obvious body impression after 3 years of ownership. Customer service ignored my complaints and said the impression was 1/4 of an inch to small to be warrantied. This whole process took 4 months... 4 months on a terrible mattress hurting my back so I slept on the floor.(much more supportive). Cracked and bought a kingsdown mattress to replace the seally... Never buy a seally. You have been warned. Spend a bit extra(it's your sleep we are talking about) and research durability, comfort and customer service ratings. All things seally failed me on... One out of five stars.(At least it didn't kill me... Just my back and wallet)

The bed fram that they gave me is very flimsy and doesn't support the bed at all. When I complain to Store they said usually we give the cheapest bed fram with your purchase. I paid $2000 with a horrible bed fram that shakes every time you move

sleep over mountain

i bought SEALY mattress from Kane. At the selling time they are telling 10 years warranty and best mattres. after 3 years mattress sagging and impossible to sleep , allways wakeup back pain. When i ask warranty they say now only 1 inch and i need to wait at least 1.5 inch. They are all lier. Never buy again

the “but”

This mattress is phenomenal but the mattress cover that the salesman insisted we buy because it stopped all spills from staining the mattress was a farce i bought a mattress cover from target for less money that has done a better job stopping a leak than this super high tech fancy gortex whatever. Salesman was kind and helpful very intelligent and didn’t push to the point of annoyance cool guy. The product was underwhelming. But this mattress is killin it thank you so so much.

Uneven at first, good now!

First few weeks the pillow top felt uneven, but that improved after two months of sleeping on it.

Only lasted 4 years

You can see our impressions in the bed. It is very lumpy and not comfortable. It was good at first but it's terrible now. They did not honor the warranty so we have to buy a new bed.

Brick would not support warranty when we reported problems

We contacted the Brick within the first 6 months as the middle got a huge hump in it and it impossible to roll over or get in the middle of the bed without major effort. So you feel trapped in a soft spot on each side. Both my partner and I hate it and have never felt so strongly about a mattress (married many yrs). Also disappointed in the Brick who pass the buck to an independent company to measure the sag and decide if they want to follow up. This completely lets the Brick off the hook and you are left with no recourse when this 3rd party ignores your issues.
