Brick would not support warranty when we reported problems

We contacted the Brick within the first 6 months as the middle got a huge hump in it and it impossible to roll over or get in the middle of the bed without major effort. So you feel trapped in a soft spot on each side. Both my partner and I hate it and have never felt so strongly about a mattress (married many yrs). Also disappointed in the Brick who pass the buck to an independent company to measure the sag and decide if they want to follow up. This completely lets the Brick off the hook and you are left with no recourse when this 3rd party ignores your issues.
