This mattress has a structural problem that can only be felt while on the mattress itself. The warranty only covers a 3 inch or greater “dip” in the mattress -no representative will check it . I will never recommend or purchase from sealy again !!

This mattress felt great when it was brand new. After it settled in, both my girlfriend and I started to wake up in pain. The mattress also has a hump in the middle that isn't visibly noticeable, but easily felt when you move.

Our expensive bed ( for 2007) was bought from a high end furniture store. A lot of research went into the purchase. Unfortunately, the bed off gassed for months. I thought that I had purchased a natural type of latex bed. We also experienced sagging after about 4 years and we are 130 and 175 pounds respectively. We took pictures, but we had to be able to measure 1.5 inches of indentation with a ruler to get any of the warranty. We could only measure 1.25 inches. This bed was advertised with a 20 year warranty (the first 10 years unlimited).
Anyway, we are now searching for a new bed. Looking for an organic Dunlop latex since I want a natural product with no off gassing. Will stay away from the big named, highly advertised bed manufacturers this time!

Purchased queen size mattress at Burdines in FL (now Macy's) for $999 on sale in 2004 with low profile box spring. Its held up so well that I gave it to a friend for a spare bedroom. Its been kept covered by thick mattress pads over the years. The surface looked almost new, no dips or sleep marks, some discoloring on sides near mattress grips. It is a very firm mattress which may explain lack of wear on surface. In my opinion it sleeps the same as it did when new. No change over the years.
My wife and I are very unsatisfied with this mattress. We are both side sleepers with hip and shoulder pain and this mattress makes it worse. Very uncomfortable and we both wake up tired and sore. Don't recommend!

When I first got this mattress, my back did not hurt anymore in the morning. Almost 2 years later, back aches again. The side I usually sleep on has absolutely lost it's firmness, and if you stand in front of bed
you can see the difference in height of sides. This is not what I expect from Sealy, and not from Mattress Firm as the seller.Today I am going to visit the store where I bought it, and see what they tell me about the warranty--which does not show the numbers the written "warranty" tells you to look for by the word warranty........mine just has (99) and not 2 numbers separated by a /.......we will see what Mattress Firm does for me...

I was coned into this mattress by professional salesmen. I wanted the mattress I was on. He sold me a firm mattress for twice the money. I never had a firm mattress. Worse than that, the mattress set DOES NOT FIT MY BED length or width wise and this is the third mattress set since 2010. I'm a senior and stuck with this for the rest of my life.

We should have returned the mattress after a few months. Both my wife and I started having back pain but thought it was other activity’s. Then when we went on vacations we found after a day or two our backs felt better. Then within a few days of returning home the back pains came back. Witn 4 months the side I sleep on had indentations and the center had a rise. When we try to get close in bed We feel like We trying to clime a hill. I am now sleeping sideways to flatten the hump. Because you can’t flip the mattress. We asked sales person which mattress he suggested as side sleepers and I am 6’3” tall 265lbs. This is one he suggested. We are very unhappy with this mattress and it was expensive. Will not purchase Sealy products again.

I had just started a new job and moved into a new apt the same day. Needing cheap furniture and a bed I went to St. Vinnies where I found a Sealy Boca Breeze that looked brand new almost for only 18 dollars! To be honest I just grabbed it because it felt squishy and it was the cheapest mattress they had. I didn't even realize that I'd scored a brand name mattress until I arrived home and saw the tags, I had the best nights sleep that I've had in yrs... I'd recommend this one for sure, even at retail... Damn Good Mattress... Big Mike
