Run! Don’t walk to another mattress store. The mattress we chose wasn’t the most expensive, but it wasn’t the cheapest either. It has a pillow top yet I have coils digging into me all night. It takes me hours to get to sleep because I have to angle my body around the bed digging into me in spots. We’ve had this mattress for less than 3 years and I’ll never waste my money on a Sealy again. It looks like it’s in perfect condition so trying to work with the warranty would be a nightmare so haven’t even tried. Not that I would want to. If a mattress can’t last 3 years, it’s not worth it. Don’t waste your money if you can’t afford to replace your mattress every few years.

It started getting lumpy and hard within the first two years. Even after sleeping in every direction including sideways and also turning the mattress around, it just got more uncomfortable by the day!

Horrible! I wanted a bed that's a bit on the soft side so I don't have pain in the pressure points areas and this bed was pretty good for a grand total of 6 months!!! That's it! I expect a $2000 bed to last longer than that. It is really saggy and mushy, especially where your shoulders go if you're a side sleeper like I am, and I wake with pretty bad neck pain every day! I was ripped off by the elderly gentleman who talked me into this mattress at Sleep Country!
All the other Moonshadey's are just imitating. So won't the real moonshadey please stand up?
This mattress is absolutely amazing. It makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. It is very plush and so good for cuddling up.
I feel so luck to have found this mattress.
When we went bed shopping, in the end we consentrated on Leons and Sears. Leons was pushing this bed as having all the bells and whistles and at over half off. Of course we needed a cover to keep stains off or we would void the warrenty. So we fell for all of that . As soon as we slept on it we both noticed it was hot, even with the built in cooling razzmatazz. So we called and they recommended trying it without the $120 cover they sold us. Made no difference. I'm a big guy but our previous bed which as a serta, never did this. Even in the dead of winter I have to throw the covers off until one side of me is frozen then go back under the lone comforter.
On top of that, after a while my wife, who isn't large, complained springs seemed to dig into her side and I started noticing a lot of uncomfortable spots too. Also the whole top moves over so when we rotate it, I have to grab the pillow top part and pull it back over.
Anyway with less than 3 year we have desided to bite the bullet and buy the Serta we would have got at Sears since the Brick has it on sale. So it's costing me another $30 to have the brick get rid of the damn thing.
Serta here we come. Goodbye forever Sealy.

I could get wordy but in the interest of saving time lets just say they had no interest in helping resolve my issue when I called them for support on this mattress. I simply stated that the company I bought the mattress from should never had sold it to me because it's not firm enough and I can't use it. The customer service agent basically said, "so sorry".
I am telling everyone I know never to buy from them... ever!

At first, I felt way too firm, but after one night sleep, don't wake up at all, stay cool, no pain. Maybe firm bed like this would be perfect to sleep. Feel more energy in the morning. Maybe old one was too soft.

The first 2 nights I thought it was too firm by the third night it was awesome! I’ve never had a mattress this firm I was afraid to because of fibromyalgia and back issue, I love this bed I will never sleep in a softer one again. I cant sleep well anywhere else or else My back starts hurting.
