Best Mattress on the Market

I ordered a Saatva Mattress after a lengthy search for the best. I read every review on almost every brand of mattress. I had also did comparisons on many of them. The reviews sold it for me so I went out on a limb and ordered. The customer service team was excellent. I received a personal phone call and confirmation e-mail. I was advised to measure every thing again just to make sure and it's a good thing I did. I had ordered the 14 1/2" mattress and 8" box and that would have been way too high. The 4" box with that thick mattress is still pretty high, but I like the look of a really high mattress. We also loved the fact that it is made in the USA. My husband is a Union Ironworker and USA made products mean alot to him. Every time I e-mailed questions or concerns about the order I received a response within that day. My location is in a very rural part of Tennessee so I was surprised they even delivered to me. The delivery company kept me informed of the status and time of delivery. Very misleading sales tactic

Their website claims that this Saatva mattress is Made of Organic Cotton and the foam used is a "bio based foam". No one knows what that means. So I started a chat when them and was told that the was was either made from soy or corn oil. It was also stated that no Chemical Flame Retardant is used and that the mattress is "chemical free". According to the live chat support. I thought, wow, Organic Cotton and a "bio-based foam" mattress for under $1000? Interesting. I've had bad luck before and already lost $800 due to purchasing 2 mattress that didn't work for me. So I went ahead and placed my order. I got a call from the delivery company and set up a 9am delivery. Instead, they arrived at 6am and I was half asleep. Nevertheless, I got the mattress. When I cut open the bag, I noticed a distinct smell of polyurethane foam. I thought to myself, this can't be. I looked at the label and what do you know? It's 70% Polyurethane! What a misleading sales tactic used by their site and chat support. Why not mention Polyurethane? I chatted once again and this time, they confirmed, it was 30% corn / soy and the rest is Polyurethane. Upon looking at their site. I noticed that they use CertiPUR foams. CertiPUR clearly states that their unacceptable claims that are not related to the CertiPUR-US program are "soy, agri or bio-based content, Green, Safe, Non-Toxic and Sustainable". Thank you for your amazing customer service and my experience with your company. You have no idea how amazing Alex, you and your company have been, where so many other companies far short on delivering such great customer service. From the time I purchased the bed, to you guys keeping in touch with my wife and I when the bed was being delivered and to the after the sale customer services (which most companies don’t care about you after they have sold you their products or services); you guys have been WOWING us from the start and you guys rock 100%. Ok, I have to stop. I’m just too excited to because I finally found a company who CARES genuinely about their customers and more importantly how you guys go out of your way to make things happen. Keep doing what you guys are doing because your customer service is the model for what other companies should copy. You and I know that customer services is the best marketing approach and value proposition a company can offer. Keep doing it because it’s working. Great mattress, great value and service

I read all the reviews and tried to find someone that said something bad about Saatva mattresses but just couldn't do it. So, after much research I finally decided to place my order and did it all completely online, which was really difficult not being able to see one or touch it, but I did anyway. We ordered the King Plush Soft model and waited. We received a thank you call and email soon after. I was notified it would be 10-15 business days and someone would call to setup the delivery. Everything happened just as they said. Delivery called a couple of days ahead and gave me a delivery window. On delivery day they called and gave us a 30 minute arrival time. The mattress and foundation were both in solid boxes and wrapped with heavy plastic. The deliver men got out new rubber gloves when they got ready to bring in the mattress. The mattress was perfect and beautiful. We love the organic cotton top. The plush soft model is just right for both my wife and I. I'm glad I didn't order the luxury firm. I think it would've been too firm. But the plush soft is a great balanced of a soft top with plenty of firmness. We both slept well from the first night. The next few nights were even better. No more waking up multiple times to turn over because of aching hips or shoulders. It has been over a year or so and we love our new Saatva mattress and would highly recommend both the mattress and the company. And yes, tis the season for mattress sales everywhere, but we are really pleased with our choice, Saatva service, and price for a high quality product. David

Good decision

Had spent over 11K on mattress's prior to this purchase . These were in a 1 yr period. None satisfactory from posturepedics to Tempurpedic. Hesitant to buy online and without seeing , but relied on the many favorite reviews and purchased.. Least, fast, no slick talking sales associates.. Delivery and setup was fast and professional.. Comfort from day one until present.. Highly recommend.

Quality, Comfort and a Good Nights Sleep.

This is the second set of mattresses I have purchased from Saatva. I was very satisfied with the King set I purchased which led to the second set of mattresses I purchased, a Queen set for another home. The actual purchase was extremely easy, kind of a 1-pick the one that works for you, 2-provide the information needed and 3-simple direct instructions to follow for delivery. They even on the first e-mail take the time to make sure of the actual size and height you will need for your environment ( I had to make a couple of changes to the first set.) Needless to say the best sleep and comfort at both places for this senior lady.

The Best Sleep Ever

1 year review. All I can say is, after spending way to much $$ for what I was told "premium, the best, never need another etc." For sucked into buying them only to not get the good sleep I needed. I found Saatva just by researching online. I was on the fence for a few months due to sight unseen. BUT, Wow! I didn't think it was possible I could sleep so good. I called Saatva first just to get information. Debated about one day, then ordered. Best customer service, delivery and price. What I paid is well worth the sleep I get every night. Way to go Saatva. !! Now my mom is buying one too. You will not regret your purchase.

I researched mattresses in the stores for over a year. It was the most awful shopping experience I have ever encountered. Once I felt like I had make a good choice I would go online and goggle the reviews on the mattress and they were always bad. No matter which brand; the persons who purchased the mattress was always disappointed. I had given up and was sleeping on my couch because my Sealy was so terrible and felt like I was sleeping on a pothole. I finally started researching online and came upon the Saatva website. I reviewed the site and read the reviews. I thought the reviews were too good and felt they were fake but I figured what the heck. The return policy was good. I ordered the queen Luxury firm 11.5 inch, 4 inch foundation and the frame which is about 7 inches. My bed measures a total of 22" in height. I was going for the more low profile modern look. I was very afraid this bed would be to low but it is not and adds to my modern look. I did not want a thick heavy mattress. It took all 18 days for my delivery because Saatva does not have a store in Texas and the bed is custom made upon order. I suffer terrible back pain and because it had been a year since I had a good night sleep I was only logging 4 hours of sleep each night. The first night I slept on my Saatva bed my back pain was reduced dramatically. Before I would wake up feeling as if my back was broke. Now I wake up with little to no back pain. I also sleep like a log. I have trouble getting up because I do not want to leave my mattress. If you are checking out this site, trust the reviews. I didn't and just bought the mattress with nothing to lose. My gamble paid off. I will only buy Saatva as my mattress. It has been over six months since I purchased my Saatva mattress and it is as wonderful to sleep on as the first day I purchased it. The luxury firm is not too soft and not hard like a rock. It is just right. I LOVE THIS BED and highly recommend it to everyone. Excellent value and Excellent Customer Service.

Great bed, great value and great company to buy from

I've had this bed for almost a year now. It is just as amazing and fantastic as it was when I got. It is comfortable. properly supporting without being too hard, just plush enough to feel pampering. It's the best. And if that is not enough, the purchase experience was perfect! Ordered: 3/26 - The reviews around are clearly all very positive, and I am oh so happy to report it's all true! I too have been shopping for a mattress for a very long time, from store to store, and site to site in search of a reasonably priced comfort and really, a good night's sleep. Needless to say that the experience in any store is always unpleasant, uncomfortable, and plain bad. The pressure... and the fake stories... and overpriced products. It's too much. And then I found Saatva! I ordered my mattress online on a Tuesday night, well late into the night (since I was not sleeping well...) after a quick chat with the rep, who I really am sorry I don't recall the name. He was very pleasant, knowledgable, and kind. I got all the information I was looking for very quikcly I did not even have to look. Wednesday morning I got a call to confirm my order, and shortly after both call and email to schedule delivery, again all very quick, painless, and pleasant. I had my new mattress by Saturday morning ahead of schedule. In this day and age, where bad service is the very unfortunate norm, I do believe it is important to mention this fantastic service. Even my chat with Craig, the representative I chatted with after the mattress arrived was quick and easy, I got all the information I needed on maintenance of my new mattress within minutes, and wads never asked too many questions or had to wait too much to get help. If Saatva would sell any other product - I'm buying!
