We have two of queen size beds from Saatva My wife and I have tried all manufacturers from Sealy to Serta. We took a chance to order on line based on many great reviews. We were not disappointed. The only mistake we made the mattress was a little to high for my wife who is 5 '2" We made the adjustment by ordering one of Saatva low profile frames. The frame very well made solved the height problem. It would be nice to walk into a Saatva store to lay on one of there mattresses, but Having a store in several states would run the price of their product up. Saatva has a great product. We have had no problems

Fantastic Product & Incredible Company

We recently purchased a Saatva mattress after a lengthy period of deliberation. After all, buying a product of this type over the internet was a bit uneasy. However, after sleeping on the mattress for a period of time, it is by far the best mattress we've ever owned!!! With that said, we found the company itself to be one of integrity, character, and truly committed to their customers. While we made every effort to ensure that we had purchased the correct mattress (as suggested on Saatva’s website), we found that we 'should' have purchased the foundation for our platform bed. This would have made periodic rotations and changing the linens much easier. Because we purchased the 14.5 inch mattress, adding the 4 inch foundation would have brought the total height to an uncomfortable level. After speaking with Charlie in customer service, we decided that we needed the 11.5 inch mattress, along with the 4 inch foundation, resulting in desired height. While they have a lenient exchange policy, I realize that any exchange is a cost to Saatva, something I’m sure they want to avoid (and we as well). With that said, our satisfaction was as important to them as the success of their company, as shown in their willingness to make the appropriate exchange. This level of customer commitment is hard to find in any industry today, let alone the mattress industry. Saatva is ‘head and shoulders’ above their competitors. I will ALWAYS purchase a Saatva mattress in the years to come. Their products are the best in the industry and they are fantastic company to work with!!

Thank you Saatva!

I had a horrible experience last December with a mattress from a retail mattress chain, ( so much off gassing, chemicals, triggered asthma and inflammation issues) so, thank goodness after that I found Saatva.com! There were a few issues with an exchange,but, all were taken care of in an amazing and helpful manner. Customer service beyond my expectations! ( Thank you Alex) ...It has been about a month since I have my soft/ plush mattress ...I love my new bed- comfy, great quality and non toxic! This is an amazing product and company! Thank you Saatva!

Saatva Mattress has no competitors. They're the best!

This is my second purchase with Saatva. I previously purchased a Luxury Firm in a twin for my son. I was completely satisfied, so much so that I purchased a queen mattress for my daughter.I am comforted knowing that they are not sleeping on any harsh chemicals and that they're growing bodies are being nurtured properly while sleeping. I also am appreciative for this company because they are environmentally conscious and are doing the necessary work to change the harm to our earth.

This is the best matress you can buy!

3/8/15-this is my updated review of our Saatva mattress: Its now been over a year and my husband and I truly love this mattress. It is exactly the same as when we bought it! No impressions, no breaking down of the edges, no loss of firmness, and really comfortable! Neither of us have had any ortho issues caused by this bed. We are active people and believe this mattress promotes relief and healing from the aches and pains of being active over 50 year olds. Heres my review right after we bought our Saatva: Ordered on 1/25/2014. My husband has had issues with his back/ribs and our Doctor's Choice mattress (only 3 years old) was making it worse (or maybe was the cause). My husband reviewed mattresses for a couple weeks prior to our Saatva purchase. Saatva really sounded good and the price was right. So, we took the step and purchased the Luxury Firm. This mattress is everything we were hoping it would be. We've had our Saatva for a month now and he is so much more comfortable, and can actually lay on his side to sleep. He doesn't toss and turn, which is good for me, too. From my standpoint, it is a very comfortable mattress-the support is just right and I don't have any little nagging aches in my hips and low back when I wake up. It's thrilling to know it's not because you're getting old, it's because you didn't have a Saatva!

We were totally unsure of buying a mattress online. We tried mattresses at Sears, Raymour and Flanigan and a few others. The mattresses were very nice, but the Stearns and Foster we were planning on was $2899 on sale. After further research, we found that S&F have a life of about 7-8 years. We can attest to that, since we currently have a S&F. So, we tried Saatva. It is a big mattress and was delivered right to out king bed frame. The first night, I slept pretty good. This is from someone that would toss and turn all night. I decided to write this review, because last night I actually slept 8 straight hours. Please understand that this has not happened for me in many, many years. So far, we love our Saatva mattress.

A++++ Sorry I didn't discover Saatva much sooner

People, if you need a mattress and have avoided it because of the nonsensical mattress games that stores play with their prices, sizes, coil counts, etc. etc. etc...just STOP wasting your time. Saatva is the real deal. The entire process was easy, no games, my luxury firm showed up in two days on time with a courtesy call giving me a heads up when they were 5 to 30 minutes from my home. They brought the mattress set upstairs, set it up, took the packaging and old ones away and left me with this UNBELIEVABLY comfortable new set that is indescribably beautiful. No joke. Seriously.A++++++++++ in every way, every detail, start to finish.

love the bed and the company!

I just ordered another Saatva mattress for a guest room because we loved ours so much. After the order was processed, i realized i had ordered the wrong foundation. I called the company and they were more than happy to restart the order with what I needed even tho the original order was going to be delivered the following day. This company makes the most wonderful, comfortable mattresses, but beyond that, their costumer service has been stellar at all times! I cannot rate them highly enough. I will be a Saatva customer for life!!!

This is the best bed EVER! On the first night my back and hips did not hurt. I've had it a month and half. I rotate it once a month so it will level out for the first three months. Would recommend this mattress to anyone. I never write a review on anything and this is my first time to have anything good to say about a mattress purchase. The service was great.
