After purchasing the bed, the company has not delivered what they promised. After 30 days, if not satisfied, I would be able to change the mattress, Well, my calls and emails were never answered and till today, i am unable to contact them, I feel that we were totally scammed
The Bed is Disintegrating right under us!! I called and sent pictures and once I mentioned the lifetime warranty, that was the end of the discussion. Randy is completely ignoring me. Not a reputable company.
I had high hopes this mattress would help me get better sleep. The first mattress we got was too firm, not comfortable at all, and just not a good fit for us. After hounding Randy for a long time, he finally sent us a softer mattress. It is even worse! Only the top few inches are soft, then you sink to what feels like a board (is another layer of something...) Worse mattress I have ever slept on. I just bought a mattress topper to put on it to see if that helps... but after spending a lot of money on a mattress, one should not have to top it off! We haven't had a new mattress for 16 years, and we were beyond excited to have a new one. I do not usually leave reviews, but I wish someone would have warned us.... try a different mattress for sure!
No response for warranty - Remote died and now I'm stuck
We purchased the complete Split Cal King adjustable bed setup. Remote worked for a few years, but was always "spotty". You had to "aim" the remote at just the right spot. We dealt with it. Now, the remotes (one for each side) don't work at all, despite hours of trouble shooting. I contacted REM to see if what the warranty would get me. To my pleasant surprise, the President emailed me back, requesting me to take a picture of my remotes, and text the picture to him. No reply, and it's been a week. We are in the market for a new set of mattresses, as the REM mattresses compress terribly in the middle, and provide no more support. They actually cause incredible back pain when you sleep on your side. I have not been impressed with the product. I feel terrible about having to chuck this whole system to the landfill, but REM doesn't support the product, so that's what will happen. Please be wary of the home shows that pitch this product as the solution to everything. Thousands of dollars later, there is no warranty support. Buyer beware.
Horrible purchase, I wish I’d gone with a different bed!
This has been the most frustrating purchase of my life. We spend $5,000 on this bed. It was 6 weeks late being delivered. 6 weeks late! When we FINALLY received our bed it was delivered by two guys in a pickup with a UHAUL bumper hitch trailer. We were promised “white glove delivery” and what we received was two guys tracing mud onto my carpets who couldn’t even explain how our remotes worked or how to set it up so our smart phones could control the beds (like we were promised). The next problem we encountered was that the bed delivered was significantly more firm than the bed we originally laid on at the time we purchased the bed. I am extremely uncomfortable in a bed that is WAY firmer than I anticipated (I prefer a softer mattress). Next issues is, we can NEVER get ahold of customer service. Every number they have listed online does not go through. You always hear “this number has been temporarily disconnected” or it just hangs up on you. The few times I have finally gotten someone on the phone they have been no help at all and took my name and number to “ Have a manager reach out to you“. Side note ...the managers (when they do call back) are also zero help at all! Finally, we have had this bed in our home for less then 2 months and my husbands remote (we have a split king) is already not working correctly and his side of the bed is no longer going into the anti-snore position. I can’t give this company a low enough rating. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Do not make the same mistake we made. Stay AWAY from REM sleep solutions beds!!
Well built adjustable frame and just the right softness for mattress. Randy our salesman always quick to respond and correct any problems. My wife’s side of the bed was to hard. Called Randy and he had it replaced within two weeks which is a great response since I live in Hawaii. Also Frank and Joe were very professional in delivering and setting up our bed. They also explained the remote control functions. Price for us sounded a bit steep but after sleeping on it is well worth the great restful sleep.
Bought at the homeshow and tested it for 45 minutes. Was very comfortable till I got mine at home. It was $6500.00 which was twice the cost of my sleep number and not as comfortable. Don't loose the control because a replacement for a cheaply made control was $144.00. What an absolute ripoff for a little controller that probably cost $3.00 to make.

I've had better customer service ordering $5.00 products. It's absolutely inexcusable, when selling a $5,000 product to have such horrible customer service! I can't share the whole experience, because there is a limit on words and its a long story. We were told our bed would arrive in 6 weeks. During that time we never once received a call from Randy, even after 6 weeks passed with no bed. Then after we called him and got a second date, which again when it didn't happen, we had to call him first. We got several delivery dates, I ended up taking 3 days off because we weren't informed early enough that it wasn't going to happen that day. Then we got the most uncomfortable mattresses we'd ever slept on. After a month Randy agreed to exchange them. Another month of zero customer service, we got new ones. It took a month of me feeling like I was sleeping on the same original mattress, to find out my husband's mattress was amazingly soft. I texted Randy and explained we definitely had 2 different mattresses, he seemed sceptical, but agreed to ship a new one ups. I'm still waiting. Again he never called to say when it would ship out, I had to text him.
Any other company selling a $5000 product would have a website, where I could track my order. Any other company selling a $5000 product would hire at least one customer service representative to make contact with customers. To inform them estimated delivery time at first and later CALL THEM with actual dates. Then after a week CALL Them to inquire about their satisfaction. Most companies send a "how did we do survey" so they can see what they should improve on. I complained to Randy more than once about his horrible customer service skills, he was completely unapologetic. His skills are great, until you sign the papers, then he is done with you and is totally put out to be bothered by customers who just spent $5000 wanting information. He doesn't have time to be bothered with contacting you, and apparently to cheap to hire someone to do it for him.

I have the split king adjustable bed that can be blue toothed for timers. We also have the massage feature.
We were looking for a adjustable bed that was affordable. The lifetime warranty and personal customer service put this bed out front. Super comfortable. I highly recommend this bed.

All I can say after the first month and now 3 years later is this bed SUCKS. And the support I got from the company follows suit. I wish I could remember the president of the company's name. The warranty as far the salesman said versus the company is non-existant. I hate this bed and so does my wife.............
