So happy with this mattress

We had a previous mattress by a different company. For how it felt it was WAY too expensive. My wife kept waking up with hip pain. We were so dissapointed. We found Christeli through a friend and took a chance and we could not be HAPPIER. We have both been sleeping like babies. Soft but supportive is how I would describe and the mattress bottom piece is flippable to a soft or firm side. We did it once to adjust the firmness of the mattress and it actually worked. Good value and happy wife.

Never liked this mattress. Almost always wake up with low...

Never liked this mattress. Almost always wake up with lower back pain. This is an expensive mattress and should be alleviating back pain - not increasingly it. Sorry I bought it.

Their warranty is a joke

My mattress is sinking after 5 years (giving me lower back pain), I contacted support and they will not consider my case because the mattress does not sink more than 1.25" with no weight on it (ridiculous), I sent them pics of my mattress sinking 1.25" when I place a gallon of water on the side I sleep and barely sinking in the middle where no one sleeps, I also placed 5 gallons jar and it was sinking 8". Imagine what a person weight does, I have to sleep in the middle now to avoid back pain. Their 20 year warranty (according to them) only applies to a sinking mattress (at least 1.25") with no weight on it. what mattress does that, so there is no warranty.

Perhaps I thought my mattress would magically transport me to faraway lands. But alas! My Christeli is no better than my 8-9 year old spring mattress we got rid of to buy our new mattress. Our mattress is in two parts which sometimes need adjusting. We bought the Christeli instead of the TEMPUR-Pedic because we thought we’d save a few bucks and since the Christeli company compares their mattresses to TEMPUR-Pedic, we assumed they’d actually feel the same. They do not. Next time, we’ll just get the real deal. unfortunately their guarantee means you can only buy another Christeli mattress, not get your money back.

Purring Like Kittens

My neighbors recommended this mattress and we are so glad. It is the best purchase we have made in years at an excellent price and super customer service. My husband literally purrs everytime he gets in bed. We are both sleeping throught the night and feel so much better when getting up. We highly recommend Christeli to everyone who values great sleep. Terrible, Terrible. mattress saggy

After one year of use there are significant indentations in the spot where we lay. If I want to roll to the center of the mattress, I have to roll up the hill. I don't think memory mattress means that it remembers where I laid last night. This makes it very uncomfortable. I wake up with a back ache almost every morning. Contacted the company, they replied that, the indentation it is not deep enough. The indentation must be 1 1/4" so I'm waiting for that day, which I'm sure is not far away. Until than I have to sleep on this.

Out like a light

The rest and sleep I get makes me anxious to go to bed at night. It is something I always looking forward to and know I will wake up renewed, energetic, and ready for another day. Also, there is a peace of mind knowing this mattress will last much longer than my previous mattresses. I use to sleep on air mattresses and they have a very short life span. Peace of mind can never be underestimated.

Save a couple grand

This mattress felt the same as the comparable Tempur-Pedic model we tried at the showroom. it came in the mail quickly and has been great to sleep on. It's really comfortable for me and my wife and so far shows no signs of changing. Christeli is where it's at!
