Saggy...

This mattress was great the first few months but began to sag fairly quickly. It developed deep impressions that are causing both my partner and I back pain.

Got ripped off

Mattress way too firm. Like sleeping on a floor. Salesperson had said this was the perfect mattress for us. What a scam.. We tried different foam toppers which didn't help much. My spouse finally moved to our guest room to sleep on our Serta mattress and I stuck it out a little longer on the kingsdown river oaks but after sleeping just a few hours each night I got tired of waking up with pain. So I now sleep on my living room sofa while I decide what to do.. One thing for sure.. Don't buy this mattress.

Excellent Mattress

After a year of sleeping on this mattress, I bought a single sized one for my teen son. His was used with slats, no box spring and he loved it as well. I was having back pains with my old mattress and new it was time to update and with the Aurora my back pain disappeared. I slept great! It's time to buy another mattress but I don't think I'd get an other Aurora due to the weight. I'm getting older and live alone, so I find changing the sheets a challenge. Tried looking for zipper sheets, but they are quite expensive. So will need to look around.

Sleeps hot and no mid back support

Art Van barely gave us time to really try this green/ blue bed out. We did the sleep test and I tried to trust it during the 30 day trial period- they kept saying it was the best mattress for my body type. I constantly would wake up with neck and shoulder pain and feeling like my mid back was caved in. It sleeps very hot, sucks me into the bed and makes me feel misaligned and uncomfortable. I wish I had read more reviews before buying- I will never buy any bed with memory foam on top or from this company again.

Perfect choice for me

I ended up using my 90 day switch option from a Serta to this KINGSDOWN CLEAR BAY. So glad I did. I’ve owned it now 2 yrs and have had the best sleeps each night. It is so comfortable. One of the best purchases I’ve made in my lifetime. At first I felt it was very pricey, but now it is worth every penny. At the end of the day I can guarantee to get a great nights sleep and feel refreshed every morning. The mattress does sit high off the ground. I have the low profile boxspring but could also have gone with a double bunker board for a lower profile. I did affix 3 extra Wood cross bars to assure stability because it is a heavier mattress than my old one. 2 yrs in and no sagging, edges are still firm and supportive, Thank you KINGSDOWN.

Great .... if you never want to make love again

When my wife and I are laying on our backs, we are tilted towards the center at what seems to be a 30 degree angle. Had it inspected and told it was OK. I need to contact the manufacturer because this mattress has ruined my sleep quality and love life. Many other choices out there so dont waste your time on this mattress.

Not Impressed

My father gave my husband and I this mattress when he decided it wasn’t for him. Since we had two children in daycare we took what we could get without having to pay extra money for it. Now I wish we would’ve saved for a new one on our own. Since having this mattress I have developed hip and shoulder pain and no longer sleep on my left side, I can only sleep on my back.

after 3years slight sagging but srill very comfy

Do not regret this purchase, our previous mattress was almost $2000 but it was older so purchased this Kingsdown on a super clearout. Feel we got a good product and are happy.

Broke down right away.

This mattress started breaking down within 6 months. I tried to work with the furniture store but they just blamed it on me. So I have been enduring this mattress for 5 - 6 years because I can't afford to just throw it out. Now I'm being forced to buy a topper just to squeeze a few more years out of it. Don't recommend it.
