With in the first year both sides collapsed and now it feels like you sleeping in a rut. Seems like memory foam does not exist. Started to rotate the mattress a 1/4 turn every month but that does not help. The original ruts remain for us. Very disappointed in the Quality and Leon's could care less also.

I'm a single person with a king bed. I'm a bit OCD, so religious about rotating the mattress. After 5 years, and one person use, this mattress is trash. Deeply grooved on both sides, this mattress is done. Had I had a partner, this mattress would have been garbage in less than 3 years. This was not a good spend. :(

DO NOT BUY a Kingsdown Mattress!!! I purchased a new Kingsdown King size mattress in June 2018. Within months of owning the bed it began to sag and created a hump in the middle. After contacting Kingsdown for the warranty, they sent out a third party inspector who indicated the mattress had a 2” dip on the right side. Kingsdown denied my warranty claim stating it was within normal wear measurements.
Now, if anyone else is considering spending over $1,500 on a mattress, I’m sure you’d like to ensure you have a product that lasts for more than a few months and the warranty is valid. Nice job Kingsdown you lost another customer!!!
Completely disgusted with this company’s warranty! My husband and I purchased a Kingsdown mattress exactly 8 months ago after my husband had back surgery. It was specifically asked and promised by the sales rep at Teppermans Windsor there would be no dipping at the lower lumbar area. We spent over $4000 on a king size custom number bed. Well Kingsdown....it’s dipping a lot and we are normal size people. Can’t even imagine what this mattress would look like if we were over weight people. Teppermans keeps saying you won’t cover the warranty because it’s “normal” dipping. NO MATTRRSS AFTER 8 MONTHS SHOULD SINK/ DIP! I don’t care if it’s 1 inch or 1.25 inches of dipping ...it’s dipping without body weight on it. To add to insult the company actually put a piece of plexiglass on top of the mattress to do their measurements! Are you kidding...how is that going to give you a true concave measurement when your applying a flat surface. If you stand by your products.....maybe you should stop fighting customers and fix the issue!!!! Prior to this purchase I had a mattress that was over 14 years old and never had the issues I’m having now after 8 months! I still have that mattress as well! Maybe I should have went with that company instead....at least nothing dips!
I’m not rich so it’s not an option to buy another one! Fix the problem KINGSDOWN if you have any integrity!!
No doubt their are good and bad mattresses out their, but kingsdown is the only company that tests and measures every mattress before it leaves their plant, great QC! On top of luxury quality, the vertical zoning make sleeping on my side awesome, even being 265lb’s!
My husband and I have sags on each side and practically a bump between us. We also purchased the box base too. But we received good service with the warranty
This is the 3rd Kingsdown mattress we've had since 2013, keep getting them replaced because we sleep in big holes within 1 year or so. This time we are NOT going to try again. Thinking Tempurpedic. I am so disgusted by the performance level and the customer service from this company!

This is by far the best bed I've ever had. I used to wake up and toss and turn all night. Now, if I wake up, the supreme comfort helps me drift right back off. In fact, if I do wake up I'm so pleased because for those few moments I'm blissfully aware of how comfortable I am!!
