I'm jealous!

We purchased a new bed for our son and the salesman suggested this mattress. The was a floor model, it seemed alright, nothing spectacular. We bought it. R&F delivered and set it up a few days later. My son is now sleeping like a log! When we had company over, we gave them our bed, because it's a Sealy super deluxe wonderful memory foam cooling something, and used our son's bed. Mother of Pearl his bed is more comfortable than ours!!! I was so shocked to find I woke up with less back, hip and neck pain. This kid is sleeping like a king on the way less expensive mattress.

Horrible customer service

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mattress started showing manufacture defects around 9 months. I ended up working with an executive trying to get my bed covered by the warranty, he was laid off and i have heard nothing for the last 5 months. My wife and i cannot even sleep in it at this point. Worst service ever.

Hard PLush

Purchase a mattress Laura Ashlely mattress at Boscovs. the bed on floor was much more comfortable, the bed received is too hard.They passed us to manufacturer. Getting the run around from the store and the manufacturers. The store even wants us to pay for return. Ridiculous! Even after photos and inspection and many calls., my back is hurting. NOT happy with both. I truly regret changing mattress brands. A plush mattress should not be hard. I miss my Dream. All I want is a good soft bed.

We are replacing it. Leaves huge impressions. Awful!

The bed, mattresses and box springs was selected by an interior designer when we moved into our home. Big mistake. Do your research and pick your own mattress and expect to pay high dollar for a comfortable sleep. My husband couldn't sleep because the mattress left a huge impression on his side and he felt like he had to cling to the side and if he tried to move toward the middle, it was like climbing a hill. We rotated and I took his side. Now he is more comfortable and I can't get more than 2-3 hours sleeping in this gigantic impression. Horrible!!! We are upgrading to a Temperpedic.

Worst overpriced mattress I ever owned.

I thought it was just me, but from the reviews I have read, I'm not the only one. This mattress tends to shift to one side. I have to turn it once a week to shift the inside padding. Since I purchased it from an outlet store I could not return it or get a replacement. Don't ever buy this brand! You have been warned.

Best bed I have ever owned

Our bed is a 'Regal Luxury' Jaclyn Smith 'Home' by King Koil Other people have slept on this bed from time to time over the years, inlaws & friends when house sitting for us and they always rave about how comfortable our bed is. I bought it on sale 12 years ago for 2K cash and it's still a great bed but I want a new mattress now. I will keep the base as it's in excellent condition still and just get the mattress replaced.

mattress sags 1 inch after 4 months.

King koil will not do anything about this matress. They said it would have to be at least 1 1/2 inch of sagging! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have a mattress over 25 years old with NO sagging. This was an expensive mattress and I would expect better customer service than this. Do NOT PURCHASE a mattress from king koil!!!!!

Deep hole forms after about 6 months, awful will never buy this one again. Store will not refund but has replaced and the replacement did the same thing
