What a rip!
I purchased this bed from Sleepy's some years ago and it was quite expensive (over $2000). Had it delivered to my home and set up. For about a month, it felt great. Felt comfortable, supportive, didn't sleep hot. After a while, though, I started to notice it was sinking on both sides, in the places where my partner and I sleep, with a noticeable "hump" in the middle. Eventually, it was like rolling up a mountain to reach the center of the bed. After less than a year, we quit using it. "Customer service" was totally non-responsive, but because it had cost so much, I didn't want to just throw it out, so it went in the guest room.
We are not big people, and certainly did not abuse the mattress. There is no excuse for this shoddy quality on such an expensive item. The Dr. Breus mattress was a total rip-off. This review is for Dr Breus Bed
