Never had a bed before that left impressions of where one sleeps. This mattress has a mound in the middle that would be difficult to roll over. Wish there was a fix for it!

Like most shoppers I laid on the bed in the showroom for ~10 minutes and it felt great, but gradually over the past 2 years - more noticeably in the past year our bodies began to sink into the mattress and we are averaged sized people. You would have to roll uphill on the mattress to move out of the impression made beneath your body. Regularly we would get overheated and would be tossing the blankets back and forth. When we get out of bed we feel aches and pain in our backs and shoulders. We selected this mattress because latex is supposed to be resistant to molds and spores which are common in the NW - not worth it! This was the worst mattress we have ever owned and we've owned a few.
Never again. I will never buy any product made by this company. Ever! I was convinced by the salesmen at Sleepys and fell for there ploy. I will not make that mistake again.
Mattress was great until the filling separated and a deep depression formed. The purchase place, distributor, and home company have refused to replace under warranty.

### Do NOT buy King Koil or any Comfort Solutions Product
We purchased a mattress, had major problems with it within the first month. The King Koil product that we purchase was manufactured in Florida by Dixie Bedding. Our Comfort Solutions product, King Koil Exquisit, was anything but exquisite as we observed major product defects within the first month of owning the product. We brought this issue to the manufacturer of the bed whom also confirmed that the product was defective based on photos and measurements that we provided them. All we have asked Comfort Solutions and their manufacturer, Dixie Bedding to do is to replace the mattress. What they ask us to do is drive our mattress hundreds of miles and several states away to bring it to the factory and wait for it to be repaired. My wife and I are elderly (late 70's) with medical conditions and this is not an option for us. Neither is paying hundreds of dollars to ship our mattress both to and from their factory. We already spent thousands on the mattress to begin with. My recommendation is to NOT purchase KING KOIL nor any of the other brands that Comfort Solutions licenses such as Laura Ashley, iMatress, The Dr. Breus Bed, Sleep ID, Natural Response. Companies like this need to learn that business is more than taking peoples money, it's about standing behind your product and providing quality customer support.
This is the third mattress. The Sleep Store replaced it twice.We went to 2 twin XLs instead of the King. Within weeks, the mattress sags and there is an indent where your body lays. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep. NOT what we expected for the money. I've written to King Koil and received no response.
Waited 4 months before rating. Can say the mattress is a great find. We wanted 100% latex and found this to be a very good buy and very well built. No fillers just latex. We looked at all the brands and thought this was by far the best deal. 4 months later I still do.

We purchased this P.O.S. mattress from Mattress Giant in 2005. Within 5 months we had them come out because we had deep body ruts that were visible when the bed was made!. At this time they came out and replaced the box springs. After 4 more years the body ruts were so horribly deep in our tempered top that you had to physically pick yourself up to roll over and manually pull yourself out of the bed. After putting up with monnths of discomfort we finally contacted the warranty department who informed us that th 10 year warranty was void because there was a spot on the mattress. (Soda knocked over by the dog!) This King Mattress cost $2700. DO NOT BUY A KING KOIL BED!!!!
King Koil Natural Response Diva Mattress - Horrible
I am really shocked at the horrible results of this mattress -- within 2 years to the day, this mattress has developed DEEP BODY IMPRESSIONS, sagging at support points ( hips, back, shoulders).
Visually, you'd never notice anything. But after 20 minutes the bed simply gives out, and you sink into gullies and divots that are painful
I don't like to complain, but this painful sleep and waking up all night is miserable.
I now have to sleep on an old twin bed.
