Here are the in-home trial details for mattresses purchased from the Cariloha website:
- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 100 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Notes: Try our Cariloha Mattress for a minimum of 30 days and, if you don't fall in love with it you can return it within 100 days for a full refund. For any mattress returns or exchanges please call our customer service team at 800-884-5815 and we'll be happy to arrange a pick-up, recycle the mattress, and help you with your refund. Please note that you will need proof of purchase (either the original receipt or order number) in order to qualify for the trial.

- Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $100 or more
- Set-up: Set-up provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$125.00)
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$125)
- Timing: Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to process. Cariloha ships and delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Notes: The products are delivered by the shipping company, FedEx. The White Glove Service is provided by a separate service company that will come and set-up the Cariloha Mattress and/or Comfort Base at your home. After your purchase ships, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you to schedule a day and time for the set-up service. The White Glove Service typically occurs 1-business day after your products arrive. We cannot schedule the White Glove service on the same day as delivery because FedEx does not provide a delivery time, just a delivery day.
