- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 120 days (after 60 day minimum trial).
- Fees: $0. 100% refund, no fees charged.
- Notes: If you are unhappy with the mattress after the 60 day minimum trial period, they will send a freight company to your home to pick up the mattress at no cost to you and you will receive a full refund. They cover the return shipping cost and even send the bags to package the mattress in for the pickup.
