Concerned about cavities after 45 days

I have only had this mattress 45 days but after less than thirty days I noticed humps in the center of the king mattress as if the stuffing moved out from under me and into the center of the bed. I have a considerable shallow area where I sleep and can even see a shallow spot after the bed is made where my little 40 pound dog sleeps at the foot of the bed. This cannot be good. If the shallow spots and high spots continue to increase the bed will not hold up over time at all. I am concerned enough that I plan to make a trip to Macy's today to discuss it with them. I don't want to roll into a hole each time I go to bed.

Worst mattress ever i had

¡Look what happened to us! At ten months of purchase Simmons Melissa mattress plush firm, the mattress began to divide it, being half of the mattress more sunken than the other half. When my husband lies forms a hole in which I spend the night at the edge of the mattress struggling to avoid me as if you were on a cliff. We claimed to Simmons and although they agreed that there was a compaction and answered that the filling of this mattress is prone to compaction, they decided the compaction the not exceeded the established tolerance to honor the warranty. We bought a firm mattress and have to wait for Simmons to decide when it is that I can get out of the hole and sleep like everyone deserves. This is the worst mattress I bought in my life and the worst are the Puerto Rico people of Simmons, who sent me a letter and not even be deigned to sign it.

poor quality for paying almost 2K dollars

I purchased a mattress and some other items, for a total of $1,684.34 from the south university store in Davie less than 90 days ago. The mattress was dropped off with my wife when delivered, and she was not asked to inspect it. We recently discovered that a portion of the pillowtop buckles up and is not held down by the buttons. I took a video on my iphone and brought it back to the store to speak with Manny. Manny works there, but I had originally bought the mattress from a young lady named Drew. I showed the video to Manny, and he stated "you still need to pay the warranty inspection fee, regardless of what you are showing me, then on top of it, you will need to pay a $70 delivery fee for a new mattress if needed........I dont make the rules so sorry.......here is a number you can call but I cant guarantee that they will pick up, sometimes I call and it takes me 25 times to actually get through" With that, I thanked him and left. I went home and Manny was right. I called about 20 times and finally got through. A hispanic sounding many answered. I told him that I would like to please speak with Drew the DM......he put me on hold for 25-30 minutes, which is very frustrating, then the phone hung up! I then proceeded to call back and each time the phone would pick up then hang up immediately. After 1 hour, the same person picked up finally and asked for my phone number and said that I would recieve a call back. THIS WAS AFTER 47 PHONE CALLS TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE. I run a very large company where I have 19 direct reports and oversee 25,000 employees. Im shocked to know that this is how your company is run. I looked online and got the number of, what I thought was, the central office in Ohio. The gentleman picked up and told me that his Mattress One is in no way affiliated with the company out of Florida, but he said that he has had so many people call over the years that he has the mattress one florida's customer service numbers for central and south florida on hand.

I feel we got a lemon mattress. It started to sag in less than a year and keeps getting worse. Already put a piece of wood under it.

Warranty not honored!

Our king size W Hotel Bed by Simmons from Sleepy's arrived on 6/16/13. We had slept on them in hotels and loved them. However, this one seemed a little off from the beginning but we thought perhaps it was just a matter of breaking it in. Unfortunately, a year and several backaches later, we contacted Sleepy's to express our concern. They sent an independent rep out to take various "measurements" our mattress and box springs using a string, folded card (?), and camera. He had no interest in hearing about the springs and indentations that were incredibly problematic. He said the measurements would be sent to Simmons/Sleepy’s and that we would hear back in a few weeks. A few weeks went by and Sleepy's did in fact call to inform us that the mattress was fine but that the box springs needed to be replaced. When the delivery men arrived they started laughing because it was clear there was a huge indentation that could be seen on the underside of the mattress and that the original box springs were fine. They advised me to wait a few weeks then call back. So, today I called and spoke with Linda in Customer Service who informed me that our mattress did not meet the 1 1/2 criteria outlined in the warranty. When I asked her whether or not the independent rep provided measurements for the underside of the mattress, she replied "I wasn't there, weren't you?" I asked her to explain the purpose of having a warranty if they have no intention of honoring it? She then blamed it on the mattress company and offered to sell me a service plan through Sleepy's. I then asked Linda to have the rep come out and remeasure and she promptly informed me that they only do that one time per year per mattress and gave me Simmons Customer Service number. So, I gave Simmons a call and they told me it was Sleepy's issue. Please keep in mind that we have this same mattress at our camp and love it. This particular mattress in question is defective and we simply want it replaced and to be treated with respect!

mattress has a "wow" in it,,,,,this is my 2nd mattress

This is my 2nd mattress and it has a "wow"....sinking in after a few weeks of use, and no, I only weigh 125lbs. Very dissapointed in this mattress.

I like the firmness in some of the areas, but one side of the mattress seems to slump on the side and is not as firm of soft like the middle.

I give it 3 stars for average

If I had it my way I would have returned it in under a week for something even softer. But my wife would not exchange it so I have now say in the matter. However this is a survey and I think I could have gone with an even softer matress cuz I still wake up in all hours of the night and never get the right amount of sleep cuz I'm always moving in my sleep on that bed.

Check the foundation too.

I'm a tall guy that weighs in the upper 200's. The bed does well for me in that respect. What I seem to notice is the two twin box springs under the mattress. (In the center, it's rigid). I would consider a foundation that is uniform across the entire width.

It got mushy in 2 months after we bought it

I wanted to return it. A guy came to measure how low is the mattress after this uses, but he didn't approved the return. Now I'm stuck with this mattress
