Best.Mattress.Ever

I had a mattress that, after 12 years' use, needed to be replaced. I decided to first try the foam mattresses and mattress toppers, but the chemical odor they emitted was intolerable and they were too hot. So, I went to Gardner White and decided to just try out mattresses until I found one I liked. When I laid down on the Simmons mattress, I knew it was perfect mattress. It was soft, comfortable and had good support for my back. After over a year of use, it feels as good as it did brand new. Very impressed with my mattress!

not enough bang for your buck

Way too much money for a mattress when it starts sagging on edges after 6-8 months and holding body imprint. Has only one side so you cant flip it to save it a little

Horrible Product

This mattress was replaced once within the first few months of having it due to sinking over an inch in spots. 6 months later there's a huge lump in the middle. I roll in this at night and now get horrible back spasms.This needs to be replaced again. HORRIBLE MATTRESS HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

Plush a Little bit too plush

Bed seems to be very comfortable and I sleep pretty well in it. However, I often wake with a sore lower back. Very good for shoulders, but could use a little more lower back support

Nice but not the best

We bought this mattress instead of a lesser expensive option thinking that we would get a much better unit. After some time, I would say that it is just an average mattress and not exceptional like we were looking for. For overall value, I feel that there may be better units out there in the market.

Good choice, could have been better

For a mattress that has been used on for only 1 yr, the plush surface is beginning to show some body impressions. I probably would have been best off with a firm mattress for the same price. But the customer service provided by Greg was by far the best in any industry. He was always attentive. I almost was going to switch up to a firm before the first 30 days but he recommended i give it a full 30 days and once the first 30 days was complete the comfort and support was better as my body needed to adjust to the new mattress. However over time the support level diminished and it was too soft for my back. By then it was beyond the swapping period.

Not a luxury firm Marlowe

This bed didn't last more than 3 years. At first it seems great but then breaks down quickly, with the no flip option you are out of luck. Loses support and creates increased pressure points,.. Very disappointed it wasn't cheap.

POORLY MADE MATTRESS

i am now having this mattress replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. initial purchase was 6 months ago. after two months, the mattress would sag horribly and has been inspected and deemed outside of manufacturers specifications, and each time replaced. will continue this trend i'm sure until a new model comes out and the Matthews Beach is discontinued. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTTRESS

Horrible

We paid a lot of money for this bed and it is the worst bed I have ever slept on. I wake up every morning and have to take an advil because my back hurts. There is also a lump down the middle of the mattress between me and my husband. Ready to give up on this mattress set. We purchased the Beautyrest Warrnton Spa mattress. Sad because I know that Beautyrest is a good name in mattresses. I slept on a cheap mattress and had a great nights sleep. I called the store and they said I had to mail in a complaint to the company of which I did not know where to send it. So of course nothing was done.
