    POORLY MADE MATTRESS

    i am now having this mattress replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. initial purchase was 6 months ago. after two months, the mattress would sag horribly and has been inspected and deemed outside of manufacturers specifications, and each time replaced. will continue this trend i'm sure until a new model comes out and the Matthews Beach is discontinued. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTTRESS

    Horrible

    We paid a lot of money for this bed and it is the worst bed I have ever slept on. I wake up every morning and have to take an advil because my back hurts. There is also a lump down the middle of the mattress between me and my husband. Ready to give up on this mattress set. We purchased the Beautyrest Warrnton Spa mattress. Sad because I know that Beautyrest is a good name in mattresses. I slept on a cheap mattress and had a great nights sleep. I called the store and they said I had to mail in a complaint to the company of which I did not know where to send it. So of course nothing was done.

    Love to hate in less than a year

    We really liked the mattress when we first purchased it. It was soft and comfy and kept us cool. In just a little less than a year, there are 2 body imprints in the surface, and we both have sore backs every morning. We were guaranteed the mattress would last for a long time, and we're already looking for a new one because the dips are so large we can't get comfortable.

    The purchase was handled professionally from start to finish. The finance terms could not be beat. And, the free TV was the frosting on the cake. We are very satisfied and we will definitely consider Gardner White and seek out sales associate Lenny B. for future purchases.

    Very dissapointed with the quality of the mattress

    I owed a Simmons Beautyrest in King size for a few years and the mattress still in great shape, I just bought this Pontevedra and was delivered last night and I was shocked with the quality, not good at all, the quality feels very cheap and I would not recommend to anyone.

    supppose to maintain shape

    My Beauty Rest

    Just OK.

    Doesn't fit my back. It felt alright in the store compared to the one I had. I doesn't feel overly hard, but it doesn't seem to let my butt sink in far enough to totally support my back.
