Wow, what can I say, I ordered a headboard that I was told was adjustable full/queen, and a queen size mattress. When I found that the headboard wasn't adjustable, I swapped the queen for a full so it would fit the headboard (which was on backorder). When I finally received the headboard, I found that it was not adjustable, and it was not full size, but queen. I was so confused and aggravated. I had to get angry in order to get my problem resolved, and I don't like getting angry. I also don't like getting the run around, and that's exactly what I was getting.
The mattress is fantastically firm, yet gives like I'm melting into it. The material that covers it is sort of picky and cheapish, but GW provided a cover that is hypoallergenic and waterproof to protect the fragile factory fabric. It was comfortable when I first got it, and it is even more comfortable now, probably because my body has grown accustomed to it. The price was okay, but I don't really feel that it was a great value. The mark up on these things is incredible! It should be selling for substantially less. The warranty is okay, and hope I never have to use it! It is well made overall, but I wish I could turn it over. The pillow top is on one side only, so that would be very uncomfortable. I am overall very happy with my purchase, and the resolution on my previously mentioned problems.
Initial comfort and support was good, but after 1 year there is a noticeable difference in support. Often wake up with stiffness in lower back and shoulders.

I really like the overall comfort of this mattress. While I do believe that it was a bit overpriced at the time. The warrenty and the waterproof cover made it worth the investment. I look forward to many more good nights.

This mattress and box spring were no good. The first set went back to the store because the mattress was sinking in the middle. The second started out good but they are not good either. They have the body print left in the bed and they are starting to sink. The mattress and box spring is not even a year old yet.
We have had this bed for over a year. My husband and I have both have back and neck problems. We paid 2,000 for this mattress. We can't afford to replace it! Worse mattress ever!

My husband & I both have major back issues & were definitely in the market for a new mattress as we were going on about 16 yrs with a no name $300 mattress! I went to 2 different stores & laid on about 10/13 beds, (I truly hate mattress shopping as it's hard to tell by just laying on a ton of beds for 5 minutes. I will say I found two beds that were more comfortable than this one however they were almost twice as much so for the price range this was the most comfortable. This will be my first night on it I will wright another review in a month ;).

Buyer Beware Simmons Black Marila plush pillow top
I was in love with this bed until, after 1 night. So far, so Bad, too soft, Too hot. I have never heard of buying a mattress and have it sink down in just one night. After about one night the foam top has permanent impressions it sunk Like Titanic. I wakes up with shoulder pain and Back pain. I spend half the night trying to balance myself so I don't roll into the sagging portions.I am 5' 6", 158 lbs. I now have night sweats. no sleep. I feel like such a sucker.
