- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 37 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: Equal to the standard delivery fee - $80 for local customers within Fayette county.
- Notes: Pieratt's Comfort Exchange Guarantee provides for a one-time exchange of a mattress of equal or greater value during the fifth week of ownership of the mattress purchased from Pieratt’s. Accompanying box springs or power bases are excluded from this comfort exchange and are not returnable unless authorized by the manufacturer under a warranty claim for a manufacturer’s defect. Customer must purchase the accompanying mattress protector program to take advantage of the Comfort Exchange Guarantee, and customer agrees to use the included mattress pad/cover and pay a pick-up & re-delivery fee associated with the Comfort Exchange Guarantee should he/she choose to re-select a different mattress.
