- Timing: 5 days a week; 9:00 am to 5 pm. If you have a certain need for getting it, we will always work to the best of our abilities to make it happen.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee available for select purchases for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: There are no costs to our customer when re-selecting a mattress set of equal or greater value.
- Notes: Mattresses must be in the same condition as they were when new. Soiling, rips, tears, spotting or any other markings on the item which would prevent their return may not be returned. A simple mattress protector will solve almost every one of the reasons a mattress usually cannot be returned.
