- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 90 days (after 60 day minimum trial).
- Fees: $100 plus any additional delivery fees associated with all comfort exchanges
- Notes: Comfort Exchange can only be activated if a new mattress protector was purchased from Mattress World Northwest on the original mattress purchase. Mattress must have law tags and be in sanitary condition, free of tears, burns and stains. Clearance and floor models are excluded from our Comfort Guarantee.
- Lowest price guarantee

- Policy: Store will beat any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 90 days after purchase. Original price will be reduced to 5% below the comparable price.
- Notes: If you find a comparable mattress on sale at another retail store and bring in their ad within the first 90 nights of the original purchase, Mattress World NW will beat the price by five percent and send you a refund for the difference.
