• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 120 days (after 20 day minimum trial).
• Fees: $120 exchange fee; 10% fee for refunds
• Notes: Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 120 days or returned within 45 days after 30-day minimum trial. Mattress must be purchased with a protector (or left in its original plastic) to qualify for a return / exchange.
