Delivery Policy:

• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery

• Notes: Delivery fee is 2% of the merchandise retail cost and includes free removal of old bedding for towns in the immediate area around each store. An additional charge applies for more distant regions.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 100 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: Subject to exchange fees.
• Notes: Within 100 days of delivery (after a minimum of 30 nights), mattresses may be exchanged for a mattress of equal or greater value. If of greater value, you pay the difference in price. If of lesser value, refunds do not apply. The mattress must be free of stains and in its original condition.

Lowest price guarantee

• Policy: Store will match any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 30 days after purchase.
• Notes: If you find a lower advertised price on identical merchandise under the same terms and conditions from another store-based retailer within the local Retail Trade Area, within 30 days of purchase, Jordan’s Furniture will refund the difference.
