Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $599 or more
• Set-up: Set-up provided free with qualifying purchase of $599 or more
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$15)
• Timing: Deliveries are available Monday through Friday. Please check with your nearest store for specific delivery dates in your area.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 30 days (after 7 day minimum trial).
• Notes: If you require a refund, please note that there is a 20% disposal fee, as we do not restock or resell returned mattresses. However, if the mattress is returned to a Jamestown store or factory in its original packaging, unused and undamaged within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Please be aware that pickups are only available within our local delivery area and additional fees may apply.
