Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $999 or more
• Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery
• Notes: Delivery fee of $149 for orders less than $999

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 365 days
• Fees: $110 pick-up fee plus 15-50% of original purchase price, depending on when returned.
• Notes: Mattresses have a 1-year preference return period. If at any time within the first 365 days after your mattress delivery you feel you aren't satisfied, notify a sales professional and we will issue a credit toward a one-time reselection, minus applicable fees calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price of your mattress. Original delivery fees are not refundable. A pick-up fee of $110.00 will be charged for all mattresses, except in the case of a manufacturer defect. A delivery fee will apply to all reselections and fees are prorated as follows: * In first 3 months after delivery = 15% * From 3-6 months = 20% * From 6-9 months = 30% * From 9-12 months = 50%
