Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $699 or more
• Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$29)
• Timing: Mattress delivery Tuesday through Saturday only. Prior to the established mattress delivery day, the customer will receive a phone call indicating a 3-hour time window for their next day delivery.
• Notes: Any delivery outside of the 30 mile radius is subject to a minimum $69.99 delivery fee, but is subject to change based on delivery distance.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 90 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: 15% restocking fee (or $129 on purchases under $899) + standard delivery fee.
• Notes: New mattress selection must be made prior to exchange. Soiled of damaged mattresses are ineligible for exchanges and the law label must also be attached to the mattress.
