• Policy: Delivery available - Free with any mattress purchase
• Set-up: Set-up provided with delivery - Extra fee applies
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$99)
• Timing: Your mattress will be custom-made after you place your order and will leave the factory within 7-9 business days of your order.
• Notes: If needed, PlushBeds will send you info on skilled craftsman in your area who can assist with set-up of your new mattress and/or removal of your old mattress for as little as $99.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 100 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: No return fees. Full refund of purchase price.
• Notes: Should you decide to return your mattress prior to 30 days, or keep any bonus accessories received with your mattress, a $99 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund.
