Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Local delivery fee applies (+$150)
• Set-up: Set-up provided with delivery - Extra fee applies
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$70)
• Timing: When using standard ground shipping you can expect to receive your merchandise within two weeks from the time that you place your order. White glove delivery service takes approximately three weeks from the time you place your order.
• Notes: Delivery and set-up charges are not refundable if a mattress is returned during the trial period.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 100 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Notes: Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, foundations, metal frames and adjustable (power) bases are not returnable. Mattress must be returned in like new condition to be eligible for full refund.
