Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Local delivery fee applies (+$99)
• Set-up: Set-up provided free with qualifying purchase
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with qualifying purchase
• Notes: Delivery for mattresses (up to 150 lbs) is $99. For heavier mattresses, which can not ship via FedEx, delivery is $249 (or $349 for the heaviest models in king size) and comes with free setup and removal or your old mattress.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 365 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: $99 return fee. Shipping fees and optional in-home setup services are non-refundable.
• Notes: 1 year trial for Green, Vegan, Organic Luxury, and Latex mattresses. 100 days for Eco Organic. 30-100 days for crib and kids mattresses.
