- Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery
- Notes: Delivery fee increases slightly for distances over 25 miles. Adjustable bases do not qualify for free delivery. Full range of removal and delivery services available (removal of waterbeds, platform beds, etc.). Also provide international shipping.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 30 days (after 15 day minimum trial).
- Fees: Customer pays difference above the everyday price of original mattress + delivery fees and taxes.
- Notes: All exchanges must be completed no later then 30 days from the original delivery date. One time per customer. Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be clean and free of tears, burns or stains. Opened sheets, pillows or mattress protectors are not returnable.
