- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 60 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: 10% fee plus $49.99 for exchanges.
- Notes: Mattress exchange possible between 30-60 days from day of delivery. To exchange, must make appointment with original Sleep Expert. No refunds, only exchanges. Minimum purchase price of $799 (queen) to qualify. Only one exchange per set. Discounts received at time of purchase do not apply to exchange. No exchanges on floor samples, clearance items, custom sizes, pillows, bed frames, or protectors. Original mattress must be undamaged and clean, with all labels attached.
