Yes, the Zenhaven Luxury Plush mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Zenhaven (Soft Side) to have excellent adjustable base compatibility.

General Description
Zenhaven is the perfect marriage of luxurious comfort and healthy support. Each Zenhaven mattress can be flipped for a Luxury Push softness level on one side and a Gentle Firm softness on the other. About 80% of Zenhaven customers choose the Luxury Plush side, which is about 18% softer than the Gentle Firm side.
Each Zenhaven mattress consists of these components:
- Organic Cotton Cover: A cover of quilted circular knit organic cotton with a sewn-on custom-embroidered label.
- Organic Wool Layers: 1" of organic New Zealand wool (0.5" on each side) – providing a flame-retardant barrier without chemicals which also adds breathability and moisture-wicking properties.
- Latex "5-Zone" Comfort Layers: 3" of natural Talalay latex comfort layers (1.5" on each side – with ILD of ~17 on the Luxury Plush side and ~22 on the Gentle Firm side). Each side features a proprietary 5-zone design that gives you firmer support beneath the torso and shoulders and more subtle support elsewhere.
- Latex Support Cores: 6" of natural Talalay latex support layers (3" on each side – with ILD of ~27 on the Luxury Plush side and ~32 on the Gentle Firm side), providing more resilient support than synthetic or petroleum-based foam.
Zenhaven mattresses are backed by a 20-year non-prorated warranty and a 75-night in-home trial.
