BEST if you
- Want a mattress with a medium amount of softness
- Are mainly a back sleeper
- Are very easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is exceptional)
- Often sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is very good)
- Prefer a mattress with very little 'memory feel'
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
- Want it be very easy to move around and change positions during the night
- Enjoy a happy medium between sleeping 'on' your mattress versus 'in' it
NOT IDEAL if you
- Weigh 225 lb or more, especially if you sleep on your stomach
- Have a strong tendency to sleep hot (temperature regulation is OK, but not the best)
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Endy to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
